Listen up, people! This place is classified as a grocery store or market, and rightfully so. But more importantly, La Chiquita is home to 5-​taco Thursday. 5 tacos, 5 bucks. Plus a 20-​oz fountain drink. You might be thinking, «who cares? I can get that at Taco Bell.» Shame on you. What does Taco Bell have to offer? Your choice of chicken or ground beef (and I use the term «beef» loosely). La Chiquita, on the other hand? Pollo, Asada, Carnitas, Pastor, Camaron. Pick and choose as you will. Why not try one of each? After all, it’s only 5 bucks.
They’ve got a different 5 dollar special every day of the week. But let’s be honest: Thursday is the only day that matters.
