Stopped by coffee bazaar yesterday and tried their almond milk iced mocha. Loved how much seating they had inside and the service was really friendly. Also it’s linked to a bookstore so it was fun to browse the books with a cup of coffee. Cute stop when you’re in Guerneville.

Wow, it looks like they upgraded their Wi-Fi to a speed that’s over 5x faster than before. Finally. I’m now getting 5.0MB/sec(40 mbit/sec). Thanks Coffee Bazaar!!!

BEST Mexican mocha on the planet! Love it ICED too in the hot river summers. Great desserts like the flourless chocolate torte or bread pudding! The quiche is yum too. Always grateful for this place. Good seating and wifi and the outdoors seating includes lovely mist“ers” which are great for hot, river summers.

Very disappointed with the more experienced baristas today. I did what I usually do each morning in my frequent trips to Guernville. I stopped for some delicious coffee, however there was a new guy working at the Register. He promptly took out orders and asked the other barista making coffee if she would like him to pump in the pumpkins spics and leave the cup for her to finish. The experienced barista was extremely rude and my whole party felt the tension. To make matters worse the paper was out of the machine and he attempted to fix it with no avail he asked for assistance of course that was met with more hostility as he was ignored and got attitude. Not only did this act make me feel uncomfortable but it also held the line until the more experienced barista deemed it worthy of there time to step in. I was however very impressed with the new guy although he was getting disrespect and hostility he remain calm. The only thing I can add is if this is how they want to run a coffee shop I want no part in it.

Yummy treats and breakfast sandwiches. Coffee isn’t bad, but there are so many other good options close by(like Big Bottom Market which sells Flying Goat coffee and many more breakfast options) that I would choose instead. Friendly service, nice atmosphere, overall a good place to have a coffee or read a book.

Ok. So this place always frustrates me. In my town this is the most convienant place to get coffee. They actually have improved in some ways. The sandwiches are better. The case food is not good. The pastries are not good. The coffee is decent. I can’t get a good cappuccino in there to save my life. The staff is some great, some horrible. It has good parking, big plus. It has nice local art. So I worked for 10 years in the coffee industry. In a place where customer service is above and beyond the most important part of a business. You treat customers like royalty. They are the life blood of your business. I worked as a barista, then assistant manager of Café Café in Aventura Florida and then general manager. I have worked in the coffee industry and hospitality industry my whole life. I also frequent many cafes. All of which treat me like a valued customer. THECUSTOMERISALWAYSRIGHT. This is a business. People who frequent keep the place in business. No ifs ands or buts. I called this morning bc I was in a massive hurry. I asked if they could make my latte so I could come in, grab it, pay, leave. No line, no waiting. I didn’t have the time. They said there’s no one there, I said I’m afraid 10 people could walk in, They said ok. When I arrived 10 mins later. The coffee was not made. There was a line. I had to wait. They said we don’t do that bc the espresso shot had to be fresh. I was so pissed. I didn’t care about the shot. I just wanted to get the coffee and not have to wait. Again. THECUSTOMERISALWAYSRIGHT. Why are they arguing with me? I’m so sick of this California attitude in places of business. He literally told me to go to another café. The don’t do that. Excuse me. You do whatever to please the customer. It’s no skin off your back. I didn’t care about it being fresh just fast. I come in there and buy coffee and sandwiches for 10 people sometimes. Get over yourself. Snobby, uppity and rude. If my husband didn’t love your sandwich I would never come in again. But thank you. Today I ordered a espresso machine for the house. I will never have a bad cup again made by a bitter barista.

Love Coffee Bazaar! This is one of the only places to get a good cup of joe here in Guerneville. Great service and lots of seating, too. Heads up though: They(like much of the town) have winter hours. They close at 5 off-season.

Food– 5 stars Service– 5 stars I recommend the vegan chili, Thai iced tea, chili dog, three twins ice cream, and the flourless chocolate torte(but make sure to have a drink to wash it down with– super rich!)

I go through Guerneville at least two times a month and always stop at Coffee Bazaar. They have good coffee all the time and, in the Summer, I add the ice cream. If finding a clean restroom is on your list, they have that too. It takes a new code every week but that’s ok. The public bathroom in Guerneville can’t be cleaned enough to keep up with the messes

Love this place. Our go to coffee shop with great breakfast sandwiches and very cool crowd. I raise a pink flamingo to this business. Don’t miss this joint if you’re in the area.

The lattes here are the smoothest I have ever experienced — worldwide. Pair that with soy milk and life is good

Really, 4 stars? Are you kidding me?! Time to lower the average because this place hit rock bottom for us recently. In a town surrounded by such beauty, a few wonderfully upscale restaurants and cafes catering to an upscale and discriminating clientele that come from anywhere from around the corner, to SF to Europe to New Zealand and beyond, in an area with such a thriving vacation and tourism trade(at least six to nine months out of the year), and in wine country with vineyards and inns offering some of the best California wine and food experiences, it is unthinkable and a shame that an establishment like this continues to exist and persist. My wife and I have been here on half a dozen occasions as we have a second home just down the road in Forestville. We’ve been marginally satisfied to have a coffee or espresso and perhaps a baked good or muffin on the way to hike Armstrong woods and been marginally satisfied. However, most recently we were incredibly disappointed to receive two«scones» that were clearly made from a food delivery service cake mix, and with no love or care whatsover. They were overpriced and tasted more like cake from a gas station than anything resembling a scone. Two of these and a large coffee and we broke ten dollars. My poor brother in law and his wife ordered a sandwich made to order. After waiting almost thirty minutes, and watching many other peoples’ sandwhich orders come out, they were told, «yours isn’t ready yet, and it’s being made». Figure another ten minutes waiting, for a breakfast sandwich! They ended up canceling the order and we walked around looking for something they could eat on a crowded Memorial day weekend. Meanwhile, my stomach was starting to turn from the low quality, loveless«scone» that I managed to eat along with a mediocre coffee. This place is hold-over from a small town with a slow economy where the locals won’t complain or don’t care, apparently. I don’t find the service particularly friendly, especially given the high priced, low quality offerings, and when Sonoma is known for its warmth and generosity of spirit, which is what we typically experience in the area, whether we look for it or not. I will not go there for any reason, when there is a new healthy juice and wrap place across the street and there are much better places to grab a coffee on River Road, just steps away. I wish desperately that the owners would sell this place to someone who’d serve decent coffee, authentic baked goods, and maybe muster a smile once in a while. Also for being less than 90 minutes from the epicenter of SF craft-coffee scene and the Bay Area which is abundantly aware of coffee culture, it is appalling that such a low end offering can survive here. I recommend going anywhere else for coffee, even if it’s a super market or deli.

The place is clean with a unique and rustic vibe. The cinnamon roll was very delicious with a delicate taste. The seats and tables are comfy, cozy, and roomy. With amazing service and not a long wait time.

No longer the only game in town. Great place for coffee; I like the Ponderosa Blend. TIP: Before 8:00 a.m. you can get a 12 oz. for the refill price, which is now $ 1.50(the deal was any size for $ 1.45 but they changed it). A Good value, and WiFi, too. I haven’t had the food in a while, but it was always decent. The place could use a deep-cleaning, and re-painting, but it’s comfy and the music is always the best. Meanwhile, the book-store connected to it has been re-designed and re-done and is a fantastic place to find gifts. Curated very smartly – worth a peek inside.

We got here because of bad luck: a friend suggested Big Bottom Market, but we followed the wrong pin on gMap. Nevertheless we were happy to eat here, why not? NOT. Because when I asked what was in the pies, I got raised eyebrows(apparently it’s not polite to ask what’s in the pies) and when my husband asked for his quiche to be heated he got a «not your turn to ask questions». We got our food, that was plane, to say the least, and went away. Luckily in the meantime we localized Big Bottom Market and had the brunch we were hoping for. I never met a waitress as rude as the red haired woman that«served» us at this place. If she hates people so much, she should consider another profession.

Great place to chill for a minute when I’m hanging out in Guerneville. Good drinks, a casual atmosphere, friendly staff and good for kids. Best iced dirty chai I’ve ever experienced!

I love places like these, and am happy to support them. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the people behind the counter are personable. I wanted to order something different, so I ordered a coffee that my friend did, not knowing that the soy milk I normally get with my coffee and almond syrup might not be a good combination. I asked if I could get something else to replace it, they were happy to make me a new drink AND threw in a cinnamon roll. Both were very yummy. They were nice, we chatted for a bit about the town, as I am from San Jose. I will definitely be going back for my coffee when we go back for a trip to the Russian River!

Great little coffee shop. Not exactly cozy, but it’s a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. It’s a place where a lot of people come in and get their drinks to go. When they get a little busy, sometimes their food service can be a little slow. Their sandwiches are great though I think that some of the items on the menu are a little over priced. Delicious mexican hot cocoa.

2 things. 1. They have Three Twins ice cream. 2. They use coffee ice cubes so your iced coffee doesn’t get watered down. YES.

Great coffee place in the middle of the woods. If you come through here, make sure you get one of their delicious espresso drinks.
