Susan the owner and pet groomer Is the Bestest!!!
I would say I highly recommend her but I do not think recommendations read well as a review. They are best left said for what they are «referrals».
I suspect she can groom basically any animal. Girl gots skills! When I brought my cat «Fat boy» or aka «Lover» in for the first time he had a horrible thread lock on his back.
He had this before I adopted him. His previous mommy who I know loved him just did not want to spend the money on his high maintenance and she would let him romp outdoors.
My guess on how that «thread lock» got there is as good as yours! Something unknown touched down onto his back hair like it was a landing field.
«Fatty» (Lover cat) was purring the whole while he was being pampered by Susan. She even rubbed oil into his foot pads as a finishing touch.
The bump of fur was eliminated without any damage whatsoever to his skin. I never would have trusted a Pets-​mart to do this job especially on a cat. He is a long haired cat and got the «Lion cut» [sic] but his hair has grown back in and now it looks like he is balding on his ass!!!
«Fatness» or the new name he goes by «Lover boy» doesn’t seem to be too concerned about it or want cat hair plugs. This is in no way, shape, size or form Susan’s fault. The formation on Fat cat’s back looked like a «crop circle» symbol and was revealed after he got his fade. I was concerned nothing would grow there in that circle again. As if you take the needle on «the geiger counter» over the circle and it goes off the charts indicating extremely high radiation.
I even brought a foster kitty I rescued from outside to her and it was so sweet watching the little baby girl I named «Tiny» with her shrunken cat head in the lasso getting all souped up. (Tiny’s head is not proportionate with the rest of her body.) Susan said both cats were well behaved on her table. This was because they trusted her!
My dog children are out of state right now otherwise they would love this groomer too!
Grrreat name «Grooming Gallery» a «galleri» people that is designed for pets who are receiving the best dog doos and cat fades in town.
