Charlie is the best. An older barbershop in the strip shops next to Mariachi’s Mexican. They still use the warm shaving cream and a straight edge razor. Haircuts are $ 12 so the price is definitely spot on. There are usually at least 2 – 3 people waiting, but you don’t have to wait long.
