Customer service is clearly not a priority. Serious attitude was given when we provided our order and picked up our coffee. The coffee was the usual cookie cutter starbucks that you are used to. When you are paying 7.00 a cup, your server should probably adhere to a certain level of etiquette.

What can I say about this Starbucks. It’s a chain restaurant so they are standardized. It’s the quality of the associates that make this coffee shop special. I have been patronizing them since they opened. They know my name and know my drink. They make my drink fast and it’s always perfect. Never a problem with the quality of the pastries.

The lady at the window was really sweet and cheerful. I love how Starbucks are consistent across the nation. I needed some coffee to gear up for the 12 hour drive back to Texas and this hit the spot!

We went there this am through the drive through and not only were they fast they were literally the sweetest! Kayli took our orders and Deanna(spelling) checked us out! We got a bunch of stuff too, two iced coffees, banana bread and a bagel. Defiantly southern charm, I wish they worked at my local Starbucks because they started our day off with a smile, and they did our iced coffees right… I know that doesn’t seem hard but they get messed up all the time!

I don’t know what it is about this particular Starbucks but it’s the slowest drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. Usually Starbucks, in general, is spot on. Avoid this place if you’re in any kind of hurry.

First off I love Starbucks the coffee is amazing and it’s confidently located on base I grab a quick coffee and my day is better. The staff is amazing there friendly and professional. Must go!!!

The employees at this Starbucks are always happy to assist you in any way they can and always make sure my order is perfect. It’s very rare I have to wait for my coffee here, and when I do, I always ask them to make sure my cup didn’t get lost. They are always kind and give me a free coupon for my next visit. Lines usually move pretty fast unless it’s after school when many of the middle and high school students crowd the location. They also have a drive through and give treats whenever you have a pup in the car. Overall, this is my favorite Starbucks to visit because of the wonderful service I receive.

I don’t go to Starbucks often but when I do I enjoy going to this one. Every time I go I make sure to bring my dog because they always give her a dog milk bone. They always go above to make sure the customers are happy.

This was my vacation Starbucks for 2 weeks(drive thru only in this review.) The drive-thru can get a little dicey because of the location, but the service was prompt, friendly and my mochas were correct and at just the right temperature. That’s pretty much all I’m after in a Starbucks.

Today I am driving a little bit further to go to the Pensacola Starbucks. I visited the Gulf Breeze location twice in a row. On my first visit the shop wasn’t hopping, but the seating area was messy. Tables needed to be wiped down and there was trash on the floor. The employees were spending their slow time cutting up with other employees instead of tidying up. I ordered a mint tea over ice which, being a former barista, is not an odd request and I always order this. He informed me that they only have 2 iced teas and the other were served hot. I then asked for a cup of hot tea and a cup of ice. He gave me my order and forgot my partners drip coffee. Starbucks is Starbucks but this location just doesn’t seem up to par.

My daughter changed her mind after we ordered and one of the baristas offered to chuck her frap and make a whole new one at no charge. That was really cool of them to do that, especially it not being their fault in anyway. The barista in charge of actually changing up the order for us wasn’t even the least bit bothered about it. We ordered four drinks in all and they all came quickly with a smile. There was a decent crowd yet drinks were coming out correctly and timely.

God, I wish this wasn’t the only SBUX in Gulf breeze which forces me to go back. We went through the drive-thru(God bless drive-thru coffee shops) and after ordering, waited a good 10 minutes being the 3rd car in line. My husband and I ordered our usuals, «a grande iced nonfat caramel machiatto with an extra shot of expresso, and a tall peppermint mocha frappuccino light with extra coffee.» Yes, we are SBUX snobs… ha ha. We FINALLY get to the window and the girl hands me a venti caramel machiatto. I told her it was supposed to be a grande and she told me I ordered a venti. Not possible since my husband and I never order anything venti. I expressed my frustration due to the mistake and how long we were waiting in line. The girl looked at me like I was unreasonable, gave me an insincere apology, and said they were busy. She then gave me free drink coupon. Then another lady proceeds to hand me my drink while they re-made my husband’s. It has whipped cream so I mentioned that my frap was supposed to be light(hence no whipped cream). She turns back to the original girl who responds«She never said it was light.» I don’t usually raise my voice at anyone but this was BS considering we were still waiting. My husband was sitting right next to me and shaking his head that this girl was telling me I was wrong, twice. He heard me order our standard drinks. Now, I could understand why we were waiting so long since I’m sure they were messing up other people’s drinks in front of me. Maybe this was an anomaly and I understand mistakes happen. What was unacceptable was the employee’s attitude about the whole thing. I know I’ll go back because I love the convenience of SBUX but hopefully that doesn’t happen again.
