Good burgers with mediocre service. Took forever to get our food and had to remind them twice to get my milkshake. Don’t stop here if you have limited time.

The fries were awesome! The burgers weren’t all that great. Everything else was ok. The poboy had a massive amount of shrimp.

Burger joint is just Meh. I’ve experienced better. Burger was not flavorful, and made me a tad but queezy after. Not greasy but just average. The cleanliness of the joint was under par. The ketchup bottles had been noticeably reused several times and there was junk all over the condiments holders. The price is way to high for this burger joint at almost 17 dollars for 2 combo meals. Your luck is better hitting the Wendy’s just across the street for near half of the money. Regretfully — one time only customer!

Had the Hangover Burger. The burger was hot & fresh. The bacon was crisp and the egg was fried perfectly. Yes it comes with a fried egg on top. I chose to have a side salad for my «side» and it was not just a lettuce pile. It was mine to make from their large salad bar. If you’re anywhere near Pass & Courthouse Road you need to eat here.

My family and I really enjoyed Bob’s Burger Factory. We had three combos and a kids meal for under thirty bucks. I got the basic burger but with pepper jack cheese and potato salad as my side, it had a nice char and wasn’t overly greasy. My wife had the chicken and she didn’t care for the the spicy glaze on it and it was a bit heavy, although she loved the onion rings and hot fudge sundaes. We will be back but the prices are a bit steep for the fare, However they do have military discount which is a plus. The vibe was nice and our order was up rather quickly although it was slow and a Monday night. The décor is typical of a burger joint although we enjoyed the old Coca-cola freezers and vintage signs. They also have a small arcade with a few games in the front, personally i enjoyed schooling my son at Pacman.

Mediocre at best. Didn’t want fries with my burger and was allowed to sub the salad bar for them but from what I’ve been told this depends on who is at there. My favorite part of the meal was the potato salad but I have since found out that it comes from Sysco, lol. Anyway, the burger was just ok, the bread was soggy and the burger didn’t really have any flavor. The waitress walked around the place on her cell phone and was obviously having a moment with someone because she walked around in a tiff and when she did take the time to put her phone down her less than cheery attitude really put a damper on dinner. Little advice, when gas is $ 3.50 + a gallon and people decide to spend their hard earned money in your establishment, put on a smile and make me feel good about wasting my money on pedestrian food. Bob’s may have edged out 3 stars for me if the waitress wouldn’t have aired her drama on my dime.

When to Bob’s Burger Factory after reading multiple good reviews on Unilocal. My wife ordered the corn dog combo, was real good, fresh and crisp. I ordered the 2 chili dogs combo, they were average with not much taste in the chili(barely above Sonic quality). My daughter ordered one of the cheeseburgers, was real dry meat. She, my wife & I tasted it and didn’t like it, went in the trash with more than ½ not eaten. Don’t know if it was dry after someone complained about greasy burgers on Bob’s facebook page and they adusted their prep. methods; if you don’t want a greasy burger, buy a salad…). The onion rings & fries were tasteless & thus below average.(onion rings were real thin & dry). I’ve experienced much better fast food at Checkers and Rebel Dip Drive-In on North 49. Won’t be back…

We were looking for a kid friendly restaurant with variety. We were not dissappointed! The salad bar was awesome, burgers very good, and all 10 of us left with smiles. Good times, Great Food, and convenient location. We will be back!

After seeing two days worth of commercials, my 14yo son and I went last night. The place looked kind of cool and fun on the commercials, and I’m always on the lookout for something besides a chain restaurant. We went on a Thursday night, arriving around 7:15. There were about 6 people in line before us, and while not packed, the place was fairly busy. You go in and order from a wall menu. Always a plus. The line went quickly. After placing our order(you pay then sit) we waited about ten minutes or so until it was ready. The food was very good imo. My son had the Coney Hotdog Combo, and I had the Bacon Cheeseburger with pepper jack cheese. The fries were delicious. They are coated in salt, pepper, and something else that could have been Old Bay. The meal was definitely more than enough for us. I peeked at the salad bar, but wasn’t too impressed. It was a complete mess when we walked in, and I never saw anyone refill it or clean up around it. That fact and my burger being a bit pink inside are my only critical comments. We really enjoyed ourselves. We both liked the décor, the music was good, the place was clean, and it gave off a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Their sweet tea was just right. The place closes at 9pm as an FYI. We will definitely go again. It was easy to find. The staff were very pleasant. The parking lot is a wee bit dark. P. S. Please get a website.

I am always on a quest for a great burger. We were in Bay St. Louis at the beach and wanted a good burger. Bob’s wasn’t exactly close, but the reviews looked pretty good, so we headed to Gulfport. Bob’s has a large cow on their roof which I took as a very good sign. As I entered, I noticed the 50’s diner décor and large salad bar. One odd thing I noticed is the no tipping sign. It felt almost foreign to order food and not tip, but it did keep cost down. We opted for some burgers, fries and salads. The salad bar was very well stocked for a burger joint. There were at least three types of lettuce and nearly every imaginable topping. Our burgers were the standard Bob’s cheeseburger. The burgers had hand formed patties and were juicy and flavorful. The bun seemed homemade and the toppings were fresh and high quality. I really enjoyed this burger. The fries were good, but not as good as the burger. The breading just seemed a tad odd. Kind of crispy, but not my favorite. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed this burger place and will gladly return next time we are in the area.

Kathy has been here before for lunch several times and told me about their salad bar, but I haven’t had a hamburger in a couple months. She got the regular Bob’s burger combo with fresh sweet potato chips and I got the chili-cheeseburger with onion rings. You have a choice of about 4 or five different cheeses for your sandwich. Kathy got the pepper jack on hers and I got Bob’s cheddar. The restaurant is fully decorated retro and is very nice and spacious. Walk up to the counter to place your order and your name will be called to pick up. No tipping allowed. We got the two combos for under $ 20. Food was great. Def be going back, will become a favorite. By the way, the salad bar is huge and looks like everything is very fresh.

The salad bar is KICK @ss! Everything and then some that you could ask for. Home made croutons, salad dressings, oh yeah it’s the real deal for sure. I mean, they have crumbled goat cheese on this salad bar! I know what your thinking, it’s a burger joint, the salad bar can’t be that good. Trust me here folks, it is THAT good! The onion rings are excellent, they are not those big, super breaded onion rings, oh no, no they are not. These are like those shoestring onions yet in rings. Super Yummy that is if you like a thin crispy onion ring, which in fact I do: D I’ve only sampled one burger and it was a burger of the month. Este’s burger or something along those lines. Burger with blue cheese and onions marinaded in balsamic vinegar. Really good! Also tried the Coney. THE best hot dog I have had here in the South, hands down. Service has always been very friendly and fast.

Simple menu that is done well! Burgers, fries, and chicken. Retro atmosphere with old arcade games. The Parmesan fries are unfreaking believable!
