McDonald’s

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and fries. My fries had a shredded up piece of greasy paper towel in them. My friend who ordered chicken strips was given nuggets instead, so when she went back to have them give her her correct order, they took the nuggets and put them BACK in the nugget basket, presumably to be given to the next customer to have the misfortune to order some chicken nuggets. How hard is it to get a simple McDonald’s order correct? It was not crowded when we were there at all. Very disappointed. Not to mention disgusted. Being a fast food restaurant in the middle of nowhere where most of your customers are probably not going to come back since you are located off the interstate isn’t an excuse to run this sort of operation.

Located right off the interstate on a busy stretch of highway, this McDonalds is super busy. As we pulled up, the parking lot was packed and the double drive thrus were stacked full of cars.
There were people lined up from the counter all the way to the door. What’s surprising is that this store is one of McDonalds smaller concept stores. The building was new so I’m thinking they missed the mark on estimating the amount of traffic that they would see.
The employees did do a good job at the counter keeping up with orders but the dining room was neglected. Trash was full and there were areas that needed attention.
If driving this route again I’d probably wait a little longer to stop and head down the road.

We had lunch here. The food was great. They ran out of fries and said my last order of fries would be ready in 2 minutes. We sat down and ate, but never received the last order of fries. I requested a parfait instead of the fries and the immediately gave that to me. It was very busy in there.

My friend who works there told me they lost the top to the chocolate machine and she actually saw a roach stuck in it, and the kids who work there kept serving it to customers and laughed about it.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been here twice and the people are sooooo friendly and my french fries are always hot and fresh. It makes me feel not so guilty when they treat me so well! :)
