PJ’S suits the«coffee, tea, and me» crowd, as they don’t offer alcohol. The drinks are par for the course, and the food is good lunch type fare. Be sure to get some chips with your sandwich. Wi Fi availability is often apparent, as guys and gals can be seen on the sidewalk or inside, checking their email and such over their laptops. Many thanks to PJ’s for offering FREE bottles of water before the tours of the Port of Gulfport that have sometimes been given on Saturday mornings.

Love the coffee here. Nice to have a little piece of New Orleans in Gulfport. Great little salad bar too! Sean was very friendly and accurate.

This place is a sad excuse for the neighborhood coffee shop. Stale bagels, extremely slow service, only had one girl taking orders, MAKINGCOFFEEANDFOOD. Also they do not open until 8:00AM. I cant get coffee on the way to work if opens after i get to work. the Place sells a decent drand of coffee from new Orleans but is so poorly managed that is upsets me.

Great atmosphere! The furniture is set up in a great way where you can come hang out with friends and enjoy a nice coffee. At the moment they have king cake latte, I highly recommend. Service was great! I’ll be back again :)

First off, the hours listed on Unilocal are not right! Call first, especially on Sunday morning! We went around 8:30 and it wasn’t open, we spent about 30 minutes trying to find a good coffee spot open on a Sunday morning and we didn’t find anything! Around 9 I decided to call the store to see if maybe they were open, they were, yay. When we walked in the guy was still setting up the store for open. I totally get it but at least greet people when they walk in the door, he just kept going about his business ignoring us until he was ready. When he finally took our order he was nice enough and he got our order out fast enough. The coffee wasn’t great, I just got regular coffee and it was pretty bitter, I definitely had to add more cream and sugar than usual. We got the Cajun bagel sandwich and it was surprisingly very good. We didn’t see slices of King cake out so we asked and we could indeed buy them by the slice. The slice was pretty large but was slightly dry. If you need wifi you have to ask for the password, they have tiny little pieces of paper with it printed on there. This place will do in a pinch but wasn’t my favorite spot.

Very close to our hotel by the airport. Def recommend! The menu is easy to read, so picking out a drink is pretty easy(: tons of hot teas to school from! There’s sconces and canolis. Not everything’s fresh but looks delicious if u r looking for a snack or an evening pick me up. Headed to the beach for the sunset! Parking is all around.

It is no Bankhouse Coffee, but since the best coffee shop in town(Bankhouse Coffee) is closed on Sunday’s and as I learned today, holidays, this place seems to never be closed which is a huge plus as far as coffee shops go. However, it is very«chainesque» meaning that the food is below average, tastes cheap, and I am sure is not good for you. I ordered the Mufaletta and the frozen blended chai tea. The chai tea tasted fine, no complaints there but the sandwich was made with processed, more than likely frozen ingredients, and it went down heavy. PJ’s falls extremely short of the classy, hipster feel and quality that I have become accustomed to from Bankhouse. PJ’s is the kind of place that you go to when Bankhouse is closed and all you need is a coffee, or for those who love to just hang out in coffee shops and use wifi. It is not the kind of place that you would take your friends or a date to impress them. PROS: Always open Nice customer service Beverages not too bad CONS: Food is not fresh Looks and feels like a chain Not an impressive place

Great sandwiches and salads! The girls always give me what I want on my stuff. And they’re good at making coffee!(And they have tinted windows on the side that matters.)

The food was delicious and the service was great! I also liked the atmosphere, and especially the music. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I was eating there but they gave me my lunch in a to-go container instead of on a plate. I also think it would be nice if the lunch salad bar could be substituted as a side with the sandwiches. Overall, it is a cute coffee shop and I was happy to support local business!

Went there for the first time yesterday just before closing. Had no issues and loved my iced caramel latte! Love PJs, wish they were all over the U.S.

I’ve given this specific PJ’s location MANY chances. It’s unfortunate because eg he location is stellar and the building is nice. Te coffee just isn’t good. Ever. The service is usually pretty sad, too. I’ve been given cold coffee on multiple occasions(after asking for the freshest brew), a latte with curdled milk, and this last time I ordered a sandwich that I had to remind the employee to make twenty minutes after ordering it.

Mediocre, coffee bar chain(not Starbucks)… it was post-breakfast, after lunch Sunday, so pretty slow. Faux News(crap!) on the big TV… major dealbreaker. Did have free wifi, bought specialty Black & Gold(Go Saints) coffee… but it was pre-ground, no option for beans or specialty grind. Sofa & soft chairs are filthy, floors need sweeping! Crumbs from previous guests all about. Only 1 employee. Step it up… this could be a liberal haven if you just keep it clean… and turn off Fox News forever!!!

At this coffee shop– the expression«when the boss is away the mice will play» comes to life. This ship has no captain– — it’s largely staffed by young women who are devoid of any sense of decorum or propriety. They have been left on their own — like the marooned youngsters in the novel Lord of the Flies. And, like the adolescents in the book — they’ve taken the authority and thwarted it. Last week I was given the circular ghetto gesture by one of these gals after I pointed out a mistake in a drink order which I had repeated 3 times– and didn’t sink in — as she was yaking away with one of her co-workers. When I tried to get the name of the owner from one of the other members of this clique — I was asked to leave.

I like PJ’s coffee but this location is just not good. Over the years I keep going back hoping for different results. Unfortunately nothing changes. The coffee just isn’t up to par. I can’t speak on the food as I’ve never had any.

Disappointing presentation and relatively high prices. Napkins were out, half and half was out and a few of the tables seemed as though they had been left dirty for some time. The barista was nice enough and the location is excellent. Don’t see a need to go back unless I met someone there during downtown business hours.

Sunday morning and the coffee shop was dirty from the day before. Sour trash cans and dirty salad bar with ice, olives, and cheese from the day before — gross. Even if the coffee had been the greatest, there are other options close by.
