This place hasn’t gotten a review in a long time! I’m actually a regular here, but I can assure you that I’ll be unbiased. First off, they’ve got two awesome bartenders in Jonathan and Payne. Power hour from 10:30−11:30(I think every night?) where almost everything is just $ 2.50! Both bartenders make there drinks extremely well, despite the fact they don’t over pour.(I’m sure they’ve got some happy bosses!) I will say they have a VERY well stocked bar, which is an issue around here sometimes. Lol I like to mix up my drinks/shots, and this place has never failed to have a liquor I request! Secondly, they have a lot going on right now! Karaōke on Monday at 9 and Thursday at 10 with D ray. Usually those nights are pretty packed out! Lots of fun! Tuesday nights you’ll find Jonathan hosing Trivia night, usually starts about 8:30 or so! That’s a lot more fun if you’re looking for a bit more of a low key evening. DJ’s on Wednesday(ladies night) and Friday nights. I’m sure they do as well on Saturday nights, though I’m not sure. Payne even hosted Sunday night Star Wars marathons for a few weeks building up to the movie!(After Sunday Night Football, of course!) I suppose despite the fact I love this place, I should point out negatives. Hmmm. They’ve only got two pool tables, and good luck getting someone to let you play on it. This certainly isn’t a pool hall, so hardly my concern. The only other complaint I have is my clothes smell awful the next day after going here. It’s not cigarette smoke smell either. I’ve come to the conclusion the cleaner they use in there gives the place a distinct smell! I usually throw my clothes in the wash right away! Not a big deal though, still love the place!

Man, this place was mine and my friends hang out place of choice from around 1999 – 2004 or so. I was terribly sad that they were destroyed in Katrina and kept in touch with their owner during the time they were reopening and rebuilding. They even reopened in the old Toucan’s on Hwy 49, it was weird and kind of glad it didn’t stick. I was so excited to see they reopened in their old spot. I even ran into Donna, the owner, after it reopened and she gave me a grand tour of it and pointed out that the new front room was the original side room with all the couches. I had so many fond memories of hanging out here in my early twenties. They had TWO rooms with TWO distinctive jukeboxes, thank you for introducing me to Leonard Cohen! I came in one night to find a normal Sunday jam session that was usually dead, FILLED with people! It turned out the singer and guitarist of REO Speedwagon was in the building jamming on stage! My early 20 something punk brain and friend of the same mindset were more annoyed than anything. Our quiet Sunday spot had been overtaken. It was still cool though. More so, the same bartenders for the most part still work here 20+ years later! This place is like a real life Cheers where they remember you and you’re family. it’s always nice to come back home and hit up EO’s.

The drinks are great and priced reasonably. The bartenders are very friendly but the DJ is what makes this place.

This club will knock your dick in the dirt! The drinks are good, there is occasional food, the bartenders are friendly and the guys are cute. There are big screen tvs for football games, and a juke box. A pool table is on the north side, near the men’s pee pot.(Caution: for those who visited in the past, the women’s rooms are now on the south side, so if you’re a guy, don’t go there!) While I don’t recommend smoking a lot, this remains one of the few downtown clubs that allow it inside. All in all, a cool place with a fun flavor.

If you are looking for a great place to kick back and hang out with friends, then this place is just the spot for you. Located in the recently renovated downtown district this watering hole is just the spot to stop in and listen to music with old friends or just as good to make new ones. Live music and karaōke can be heard on most weekends but there is a well stocked jukebox for the other nights in the week. Plenty of parking around back, this is the perfect place to relax and tip back a few after enjoying dinner at the several new eateries popping up in and around the downtown area. The owner is a great guy and can be usually found around the bar or at the several tables enjoying a lively conversations with the regulars. The drinks are stout and priced just right.
