Yesterday I went in and took in my galaxy s5 because it’s been having problems charging. The guy, I don’t know his name because he didn’t tell me, takes it into the back and does something with it and then comes up and start asking me questions about my account. He can’t get logged into his computer so he switches me over to another guy who I think his name was Kyle, but I’m not sure because he didn’t tell me either. Guy #2 gets more information from me and does more stuff on his computer and I stand there for a little while without him saying anything to me while he and guy #1 go back and forth with their personal conversations. Finally guy #2 hands me a piece of paper and just kind of looks at me like ‘okay we’re done.’ Instead of giving me any options or offering me anything at all he automatically ordered me a new phone charged $ 5 to my account and just printed out a paper and had me sign it. I was kind of disappointed because I didn’t have any options. he did let me know anything that he was doing he went ahead and put a charge on my account, I know it was only $ 5 but still he didn’t even ask. They didn’t even offer me to try a new battery for my phone or anything. I guess technically he got my issue resolved, but the customer service was not that great.
