I walked into here looking for help while I was in GP for the big horse show. My iphone was refusing to charge and I was worried. I was greeted by a friendly man who took my name and seemed on my way to getting somewhere, explained the problem that brought me in, when suddenly he said, oh, well we have 5 people in front of you so you have to wait. ASIN, oh darn, I was hoping you were here to buy something, but since you aren’t, I’ll have the new guy help you while I go back to waiting by the door to see if someone who wants to spend money comes in. While waiting 20 minutes, I googled my problem on one of their display iPads, and found some possible solutions, so we left. I went back to my hotel and employed the suggestions I read(cut q tip very thin, swab a little alcohol and clean charging contacts) worked, at least for the time being. When I get home I will go to my local ATT store where the staff is really helpful.

This place is horrible customer service. I walked in with my iPhone 5 to have them activate, so I don’t risk losing my unlimited data plan. A woman left me at the telephone for automated activation while she attended another customers to make her commission. HORRIBLE!!!

Just recently returned to AT&T after trying out Cellular South and Verizon. As hard as I tried to stay away, the iPhone just had a hold on me that I could not break. So after a few years and several carriers, I went in last month to Best Buy and picked up my iPhone. Well this afternoon,(the day after Black Friday) I wandered into the AT&T store to pick up a 3G Microcell for my home. The place was packed but before I could take three steps in the store i had two reps walking me through the login, to the counter and had the item in my hand within 5 minutes!!! Jamie(***** stars) then spent the next ten minutes explaining to me, not only how to install the Microcell, but what to expect during the download/installation process. I may have my gripes about the reception in some areas of MS, but as far as customer service goes, this is the BEST I have received in a long time!!!
