Nice little shop. Not too many items where you’d be overwhelmed by the quantity of items. The woman working was knowledgeable had a good eye and understanding of what I was looking for. She was cute too! The quality of glass here is very good. Not the type you find at a gas station for $ 10 and made in China. I was told all glass was hand made by American artisans. The prices were very reasonable for the quality, no price gouging here. They also have other glass items; marbles, pendants etc. more artsy type things. I definitely recommend checking this place out.

The one star reviews are obviously spam because All About It is up to date with everything in the glass industry! NICEST staff that will let you test anything out with water! The PRICES! They are sooooooo reasonable and not some Chinese wholesale glass that costs $ 4 and sells for $ 25 The location is tucked back in the corner but not hard find if you use your eyes! Thank you All About It for keeping it !! Recommend to EVERYONE! At least go in to admire all the beautiful art!

This is the best place I’ve been to buy glass! Not only do they have a pretty good selection, but can beat most prices. If you have a V. I. P. card you can save even more and is well worth it!. Whenever I go there on my weekends off, they are always open before scheduled time, like 10 – 20 min early. The cool thing is there’s a sign on the door that lets you know what’s not appropriate to say. That way they can keep things legal without having to kick people out. I asked about it, and was told that many people say things to where they automatically have to end the sail, because the customer is stating they plan to use it for illegal purposes. When that happens they could be given anywhere between $ 5,000-!0,000 fine.(That’s why everything is recorded on cameras). I don’t know about you, but I certainly don’t have that kind of $ laying around. I’m sorry others have had a hard time with this, but if you stick to dictionary definitions you won’ have a problem. Think of it this way, the law is for all of Illinois, not just this shop. They can’t help what other shops allow. they’ve been a company for 14 years and have watches numerous shops open and close because of language that makes sales illegal. So be a smart shopper and explore what they have to offer with some excellent product knowledge!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Zero tolerance policies. They have a sign on the door saying that customers can’t use certain words such as weed, bong, etc. This tells me that this business got into some serious trouble before. Then when I questioned a worker there about marijuana references, he said that since I saw the sign, and used the word(marijuana wasn’t even on their list), I had to leave the premises immediately. He then proceeded to make inappropriate side comments such as I won’t miss your business yet they didn’t earn any of my business before, this was my first visit and I was just browsing. I only went there after donating blood at Lifesource and I was looking for a new place to buy cigars for myself and others. Then he threatened to call the police on me for using an «illegal word» such as marijuana and asked«do you have a problem, man»? Yes I do, since as a taxpayer, my rights under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution were violated. My advice is to stay far, far away from this place! I hope that these clowns go out of business; there weren’t any customers in their store at the time of the incident and they didn’t have a good selection of products either.

You know how there a(non-supernatural) talent or ability you wish you had? Don’t lie to yourself; you know you do. Like being an athlete or a musician. My first choice: I wish I had a talent for languages. I dated a guy in high school who, by high school, spoke three languages fluently. He went into the Navy and they taught him 6 more. How cool would that be? I can barely speak English and I have a degree in that. But how cool would it be to be able to blow glass? «What did you do this weekend?» your co-workers ask. «Well, I spent most of Saturday blowing glass.» You know you want to say that! I know where you can take classes. I know where the best head shop is in Lake County. It may be the only one. And when you think just how«Lake-County-ish» Lake County is, you’d think there’d be tons of them. I asked the clerk her name the other day, because I always get the same clerk. She may be the only clerk. I wanna say… Erika. I’m really bad with names. She is so nice. We chatted about how cool glass blowing is and looked at pipes. It’s fun and casual. Better than some city shops. And that almost hurts to say because [insert very long story here] so of course, I don’t want to live in Lake County. I want to be in the city. Anyway… shop there. The glass work is beautiful, beyond belief. They have great artists and guest artists. And it’s in the same little strip mall as LifeSource. So, if you can, go give blood while you’re there.
