I’ve been a fan of Express for a very long time!
Glad they have an outlet near me to get a better deal on the merchandise.
You never have to pay full price at this store which is a plus.
Today, the male associate behind the counter didn’t seem to eager to assist me with my return.
Just looked at me, didn’t say anything, then I said «can you help me» and he then said ya.
I know returns are tedious but they come with the territory.
Customer service needs some improvement here!
