This store is absolutely disgusting. I went here trying to find my daughter some cute clothes but it was atrocious. Boxes strewn about, clothes hanging off hangers, clothes all over the floor, random racks of clothes shoved between other racks, shelves that were a total mess, I could go on. Not to mention there were dust bunnies all over the floor and what appeared to be stuck on dirty gum in a few spots. I will not be back to this store. This one is absolutely disgusting.

Wide selection to choose from at this forever 21, store was very clean and organized at 3pm, service was great and I walked out with cute deals! That is all

Don’t know why this place has such a bad rating. Went in on a busy Sunday. It was organized and they had a lot of stuff. Didn’t have time to try anything on but got a few nice items. Line moved quickly. Will definitely revisit it next time I’m in Gurnee and have more time to spare.

Like coming here for the accessories. This is probably one of the cleanest looking stores I have been. Most look like a hurricane hit them.
What stops me from giving them a ok review is I am sad that there is no plus size section.

Rotten customer service, store was a complete mess, clothing on the floor, line was crazy long. We tried to get some help for higher racks and gave up after 10 minutes. Will NOT be back.
