This place is a scam, very bad quality chicken, they serve fried chicken made 4 hrs ago and it taste like left over from the day before, I confronted the manager and admit that they cook there chicken in the early mornings. I had the chicken deluxe and it tasted terrible. Never again

Spent $ 18 for two combo meals. Did not get the sandwich ordered. Received a total of 4 small chicken strips and an order of fries. Yes for $ 18. Run from this place. Unethical!

Great food! The chicken is fantastic and the waffle fries are crispy, even the sweet potato variety. Staff seem a bit slow and the wait time is probably the longest in the food court but the food is absolutely fresh and hot.
I highly recommend the chicken and waffles sandwich.

This new fast food joint in Gurnee Mills is finger licking good. Granted, no one comes between me and my fried chicken, but this place won my heart over.
Oliver’s fried chicken is fried in 100% olive oil which gives the skin a shattering texture and seals in the juicy goodness inside. I will say that the fried chicken is not greasy as other national fried chicken restaurants.
All of their food is made to order including their sweet potato fries … YES, the WAFFLE CUT sweet potato fries. You have to try their wraps and salads as well. The chicken can either grilled or crispy, but in the end — it’s delicious.
Their menu is growing slowly and I wish Oliver’s Chicken success. You got me … you really did. :)
