Rob is hands down the best person to speak with! He is so knowledgeable and so nice. He will really work with you to find the absolute best mattress or pillow fit for you. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to go back there. I had bought a mattress and two pillows and now I will have my dream tempurpedic bed! It is worth it to get someone who knows what they are talking about and truly cares about the customer over selling. Great store and great staff!

Last week I went in to look at new mattresses for a queen size bed. I spoke to Robert who was patient with all of my questions and worked to find me the best option within my budget. The variety was great, the sales transaction was smooth, and delivery was quick and professional.

Somehow I got voted as the one to buy the guest bedroom bed. I did not think I would be able to tell the difference between mattresses by trying them out for 2 minutes, but my salesman Michael Tomaszkiewicz, explained the difference between what I was seeing and feeling and I really DID catch on to the differences in the mattresses, so I could decide which one. The only thing that I did not notice or ask about was length of the bed. Are some longer? We bought a full bed, Hampton and Rhodes and also got a frame and this cool mattress pad that no water will penetrate and all the dead skin cells that come off while sleeping, will not seep into the mattress. Gross. I didn’t even know that happened! They had this jar that was covered by the pad and had liquid in one and baby powder in the other… sure enough you could shake that thing and nothing penetrated it. My guests like the bed. It wasn’t the highest end and it wasn’t the lowest end but one of our guests is weighty so I had to get a pretty firm one. The delivery guys were fast and great too. Since this time’s buying experience went well. I will go again for our next bed purchase and give them the opportunity to sell to me again,

We stopped in tonight to try out a bed we did a lot of research on. We knew Mattress Firm carried them. Rob Q helped us out with no high pressure sales tactics. We tried several beds and Rob Q was more concerned with us getting the right bed to suit us rather than just making a sale.
After a while we kept coming back to one particular bed that felt just perfect for us. To our and Rob Q’s surprise it was the original bed we came in to try out.
We bought the bed and will have it before the weekend is over!

If you go there ask to speak with Robert the manager! He was extremely knowledgeable and caring which are things you don’t always expect or get in sales. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and I’ll be going back in 20 years when I need new mattress!

I wish I had anything good to say about our experience here, but I sadly do not. My fiancé and I came here shopping for a queen sized mattress for our guest room. We were approached by Tim when we walked in, who had a really bad attitude from the get-​go. He apparently did not like our answers to several of our questions as he rolled his eyes about 5 times in the 10 minutes we were there. When discussing the types of frames offered he asked if our guests are «american-​sized» or a normal build, which is not only inappropriate but not funny in the slightest. A simple «what type of support are you looking for for your guests» would have sufficed. When we informed him we would like to shop around, he suggested for «our needs» to try Menards or Sam’s Club. I could go on about our poor experience. While he was able to get the price price down to less than other mattress stores, his attitude and lack of professionalism drew us away, and we ended up purchasing elsewhere.

My husband and I were looking for a new mattress and I had narrowed it down to two (a Mattress Firm manager had already helped me a few days before). We decided to take a quick trip to the store to have him test them out. We were immediately greeted by Dani. We let Dani know we were really in a hurry but just trying to narrow things down. We ended up getting along really well with her. We told her we had a strict budget but of course we liked the mattress that was slightly out of the budget. Dani was able to get us our king sized mattress for the price of the queen. She also got us out of the store quickly since we were on a tight time crunch. We really enjoyed our shopping experience there (and learned all about the importance of mattress protectors since Dani is quite passionate about them). We had our new bed the next day and we could not be happier with our purchase!
We had looked at mattresses months before at Sleepy’s and we felt really overwhelmed by the choices. Mattress Firm has a much easier setup and excellent staff that were never pushy.
I highly recommend them!

Last week I went to this Back To Bed for the purpose of shopping for a new mattress set. I was the only customer in the store. The young salesman acted as though he was annoyed that he had been disturbed by whatever he was doing on the computer at the store desk.
I asked him if they carried Spring Air mattresses. He said he had never heard of them and asked if they were a brand. We had just returned from a trip where the mattress in our room was that brand.
Then I said that we would like a double-​sided mattress. He said that manufacturers no longer make them… there is no such thing. This was clearly an untrue statement. I had just been shopping at another location that had double sided mattresses.
He asked how soon I wished to purchase a mattress— would it be today? I got the feeling I was at a Used Car lot rather than shopping for a mattress. He did not ask any further questions.
Never have I encountered a business that was so disinterested in selling their product.
I got the distinct impression that he wanted me to leave asap. I did leave and this is a store that will not get our business. There are plenty of mattress businesses and departments whereby the service is much higher.
This young man was untruthful about the products (double-​sided), did not know the products (Spring Air), and did not wish to sell the products. He should be fired.

Steve is an awesome salesman and I got a great deal on a futon. I highly recommend this place!!!
