New Balance Factory Store

Since I’ve taken on a new life as a runner lately, I’ve tried many shoes to get that right fit. I know that New Balance shoes were always good but going to this location made me a fan for life.
The staff is always friendly and dedicated to finding the right shoe for you not just by looks but they take the time to watch your gait, look at the wear on your old shoes, and recommend a shoe that is meant for your type of walk/​run.
The prices can’t be beat as I’ve scoured the internet for the same shoe and not even come close to the prices here.
Thanks for taking the time to get me fitted in shoes that feel great and help me run a little better.

Ask for Mike! He’s very helpful and knowledgeable about the type of shoes you need. When my friend had a foot issue, he recommended a pair that helped!

First, let me say I hate malls. I don’t like crowds and inconsiderate people.
However, I’m a fan of New Balance shoes, was not impressed at our local store, and avoid big box stores whenever possible.
I work in retail, appreciate, and will pay a little more for excellent customer service. My boss expects it of me, why shouldn’t I expect it when shopping?
When we arrived, on a Sunday, the mall, not surprisingly, was packed. My expectations were low.
Upon walking in the store, we were promptly greeted. I initially wanted to browse, and he let me. Two other very nice sales people also checked in with me.
When I was ready, I discussed with the original sales guy my criteria: I had a concern with the durability of the fabric on previous NB shoes ripping, and I like a roomy toe box. (I will admit I wear NB running shoes to work in a bike shop because they’re comfortable to stand in. Therefore, I don’t necessarily blame NB)
He listened to what I had to say, and pointed me to a few pairs he recommended.
I bought a pair of shoes and some extra laces, and encouraged my wife to look for a pair for herself.
