Since the store is dead you can find a lot of clearance items. We checked out the tool section and got lucky with a tool my husband needed. I did checkout the clothes and was not bad just didn’t have the time to try anything on.

A Sears is a Sears in terms of goods available and all that. Of course their tool line is good for the average home owner. Their appliance line, Kenmore, is also of good value, including the outdoor grills. I’ve also found at this Sears that the staff are knowledgeable of the products they sell. The downside to this Sears is the checkout line. They tend to keep this department understaffed, with very slow personnel. Also, Sears must instruct the cashiers to ask lots of questions, such as, «What is your phone number?» Do you have a charge card? if not, why don’t you? Do you want warranty with this purchase? … and they keep going on and on and I do all I can to restrain myself from yelling, «just scan the dam t-shirt, it only cost $ 5, and I don’t need all that crap!»

So, I have to say, I never considered myself a Sears girl. But this Sears is pretty cool. They have everything that you might see in one of their flyers and had exactly what I wanted available. They do need to hire more check out people though, that was the one drawback, waiting in line.
