Brought my son in as a walk in and was told there would be a 10 minute wait. We sat down and waited and waited and waited! When I went to the front desk to find out how much longer it would be, the girl behind the desk did not acknowledge me at all until she was done counting the register! When I asked if she would be the one cutting my sons hair, she said no, she was supposed to leave 30 minutes ago. There was only one other girl there and she was only half way done with her client. We had already waited 30 minutes and would probably have to wait at least 10 – 15 minutes more. The girl behind the desk offered me a $ 2 off coupon… seriously?! Ha! I told her no thanks and we left without being seen. I was so aggravated! I wish the original person that checked us in would have been honest with the wait time! I will NEVER go back!

Took my 2 boys there for back-​to-​school haircuts… I was very happy with both haircuts and the value. (They let me use one coupon per cut, 2 coupons in one transaction!). I was not impressed with the salon itself, very messy even though it was a quiet day. Also, one of the stylists left my son a mess– hair all over his neck and face. When I asked to clean him up, she gave me the brush to do it instead of doing it herself.

I was a walk-​in and they took me fairly quick but it was early on a Sunday morning. They seem to be pretty anal about walk-​ins waiting until the scheduled clients get seen first or arrive.
