We always enjoy spending time @ this Starbucks. Friendly and quick service. Staff makes you feel welcome. Delicious drinks & food.

Went there with my kids and friends. We knew what the strawberry refresher tasted like because we’ve ordered it many times before. it is bright pink ICED TEA we ordered. The young man who worked, his named rhymes with parcus but began with an M. he offended me because he looked at me like I couldn’t speak due to my strong Italian accent, which offended me. He had a bad attitude and just sounded annoyed, he started arguing with me saying the tea had loads of coffee! We got our drinks. I payed and noticed there were no strawberries inside. when I got them, I said «where’s the strawberries?» The worker then said «oh yeah we have none» so why didn’t they tell me this before? Especially before I pay I should have been informed! Not going back to that location

Probably one my least favorite Starbucks experience to date. As I was looking over the regular coffee choices I saw a new blend I wanted to try, the sign above the brewed coffee said «pour over available» so I asked for freshly ground coffee using the pour over method. The employee told me that she had some brewed, I replied that I always grind my coffee fresh at home and use the pour over method. She promptly turned around and begun the process… And did it wrong, she did not pre wet the paper filter, did not bloom the coffee, and did not thank me as she did other customers that had ordered other coffee drinks. I want to mention that it was also not busy when I asked for this either. I figured that in a place where people order ridiculous requests for modified coffee drinks, my request would be easy compared to a skinny mocha latte no whip double pump with sugar in the raw type thing that I hear other people order all the time. Bottom line, my experience in privately owned coffee shops have always blown Starbucks out of the water… The small business really care about their customers.

This location used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations, but the last few times I have gone the team does not seem as delightful and on slow mode. I really hope they can turn things around.

When I find time in my busy mornings I stop by and the lines are not as long as I would imagine, goes fast. But has a tendency to screw orders up, possibly with new staff?

This is my «break» during a busy workday and I’ve always loved coming over to this starbucks. The people there are friendly and fast – and they still are – very nice group there. The problem is… I LIVE for the Starbucks Flat White, and the last 4 times I’ve ordered it, I basically get a skim or 2% latte with bubble bath foam. Guys – I could do this at home. When I order the Flat White, I want thick, dense foam on a hot creamy cup of WHOLE milk and espresso. This is what defines the flat white. Time to review your notes! I don’t want to pay $ 4+ for something that leaves me frustrated. I could stay at work for that! ;-)
