It’s a sweet place. The staff are friendly and the yogurt taste so good. They keep the place clean, I like that. My family and I would love to come here everyday, but that’s just not practical. Lol. Good job!

I have a pretty good experience every time I go here, definitely enjoy the personal touch now that I’ve been here often enough that they remember me :) I love this place, I was debating on giving 4 or 5 stars to be completely honest, reason being the first time I showed up they were a little confused when I presented them with my RFUMSID for the discount. However, it is worth noting that the owner reached out to me and corrected the issue. And for that I give them 5 stars! Stay swirly guys!

After a fun but exhausting day at Six flags, a cool frozen yogurt treat hit the spot! They were super nice as soon as we walked in. They had a great selection of gelato, frozen yogurt, and sorbets. The toppings were sooo yummy! Definitely coming back here whenever I’m in the area.

Good choices in frozen yogurt and in toppings. However, not the nicest looking joint… They owe my friend $ 200… wouldn’t trust working with them; because of that, I also won’t buy from them.

First, they are incredibly friendly. We came in two minutes before closing time and they didn’t act like they were inconvenienced at all! Two ladies came out to show us everything. Didn’t rush us, told us to sample away. Big kudos for that. The frozen yogurt… OMG to die for! We had sea salt caramel pretzel and cookies and cream in our group. The toppings were fresh and delicious! The teens got a kick out of the containers and spoons. We devoured the treat before we got back to the hotel unfortunately. So, we’re leaving Great America early tonight to have a bit more and we all said we’re filling our cups to the top! I’d highly recommend this place and found a new secret treat on our visits to G. A. Enjoy!

Suzy swirl is a great place! They are wonderful to their customers and I’ve always been so well taken care of. I love how community based they are with their support of the local school district. They have adorable ways for the families to interact with their neon table dry erase boards and chalk board wall. The most important characteristic of the place is that it is always SOCLEAN! I think they should expand to have a larger seating area inside and outside!

I’ve been to Suzy’s Swirl several times. The ability to taste test the frozen yogurts, Gelato, and sorbets, is the first standout point. 15 flavors is the second star. The third star goes to the selection of toppings, including everything from cereal to candy to fruit and more. Fourth star is for building your creation as your heart desires. The fifth star is achieved because of the color changing spoons. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. Cost is calculated by the ounce so if you plan to fill your cup like most due, plan on spending $ 7+ each.

My favorite frozen yogurt place in the area. They always have a good variety of flavors, the toppings are fresh and well-stocked, and the staff are friendly. In addition to the froyo, they also have gelato and sorbet options, which is a nice touch. It can be hard to get a seat — the place is popular for good reason! — but I like the tables you can write on. A little game of tic tac toe with the husband over froyo is a perfect date night.

A fun, interactive and delicious experience! My favorite part — the color changing spoons. See what color your spoon changes to once you put it in your fro-yo! They have tons of toppings and free samples! Great local place to go with your family and friends.

My daughter loved this place. She enjoyed writing on the dry erase tables and the chalkboard wall. The yogurt was yummy and the toppings are a lot of fun. There was someone there to assist us while we served our yogurt. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Shop has very cheery and friendly staff. Flavors are great and there are a ton of toppings. The main problem with Suzy’s Swirl is that it’s small. It’s in a very cramped space. There are only three machines and you have the option to sample but it’s very difficult when there are a group of preteen girls taking forever in line. There are only like 5 two person tables and a couch. But these are usually occupied by the high school kids. So because of this the atmosphere is pretty«childish». The frozen yogurt is amazing but I would advise just to buy and get out.

I was quite pleasantly surprised by this place! I walked in with pretty low expectations because of my dark history with frozen yogurt places and soft-servey yogurt bars in general, but this place actually gets my approval! First of all the atmosphere is super cheery and nicely decorated. And the all-star workers were so great at moving around and cleaning the place up in the time that we were there. The yogurt itself is actually pretty delicious! It’s just rich enough for me not to complain and creamy enough that it is rather refreshing. They have pretty excellent flavors too! I went with the dark chocolate and birthday cake and loved the silky smooth texture and bold flavor profiles. Be mindful of how much you are filling your cup though! Holy portion-distortion issues I had… no worries though;I had no problem polishing off my 8 oz cup… hehe(and prices aren’t too bad!!) It is super fantastic how you can sample the flavors before-hand as well with little dixie-ish cups! Although I skipped on the toppings, they had a great selection of add-ins(soooo many cereals too, which I hadn’t seen too much at yogurt bars before). NOW the main reason why I am ordinarily anti-frozen yogurt places is because you have to weigh your cup to pay for it… cool concept and the best approach to pricing the dessert I suppose, but… I’ve had some pretty awful experiences with that scale: i.e., waiting in a super long line, in super hot temperatures to pay and get my spoon only for my yogurt to turn into melty-soup…gets me angry everytime… Anyways, I didn’t have that issue at Suzy’s! The workers were on their a-game and keep the line moving swiftly enough that I could enjoy my yogurt in its true form. Definitely recommend Suzy’s!

Suzy’s Swirl is the best froyo place I’ve ever visited. What sets them apart is variety, quality, atmosphere and customer service. They feature frozen yogurts, higher fat gelati as well as soft serve sorbetti. The flavors are great. Last time I tried the hazelnut gelato– OMG good! I also tried pretty much everything else just to taste and they were all delish. The variety of toppings here is off the charts as well. They have many dry mix ins in these cool decorative tubes which liven up the atmosphere as well as great fresh fruits, crushed candy bars and a super assortment of hot fudge, ghirardelli chocolates, salted caramel and more! The machines stay clean and the product comes out solid, not drippy. For the atmosphere, it’s just a hopping place. It is popular with local teens, so there’s that. What I liked, however, is that the interior is interactive: you can write on the tables(customers were using dayglo pens to play tic tac toe on their table behind me), there is a large wall in back painted like a chalkboard which people gather around and decorate or graffiti, there’s a new juke box which lets you pick up to the minute music to play while you eat, and the place is filled with happy pictures of local customers enjoying their froyo. The colors are vibrant and happy. The spoon change color when you put them in the ice cream! The seating includes tables for 2 – 3 and a longer bench in back where you can interact with other customers. When it comes to customer service, Suzy’s Swirl has figured this out. Supremely helpful and engaging, the employees obviously like their job. I went alone the last two times and an employee came up to me just to talk and ask me about my experience. We talked for a few minutes and she told me that the management was involved in making sure that the team is involved and engaged to make the place memorable. This is a mark of a winner. Suzy’s Swirl has the recipe for success!

I lived in California for several years and experienced dozens if froyo joints, so I have a lot to compare Suzy’s to. While they recently got rid of the little mochi/liquid filled balls that I love to put on top, Suzy’s still offers a great variety of toppings and froyo. However, Suzy’s also ranks well to me because of its unwavering friendly service each time I go. This is a great spot to bring friends and family for a little(not-as-bad-for-you) dessert.

Totally cute, yummy, and a fun vibe! It’s probably now my favorite of the many froyos out there. I think so many of these places are very«vanilla»(pun intended), and this one is just vibrant and energetic. It’s very colorful, they have fun dry erase boards for tabletops(with a black light) that kids and adults alike enjoy doodling on, plus a painted chalkboard wall in the back of the building even younger ones will like. Doesn’t hurt that the employees all seem to genuinely like working there and are smiling and friendly with great customer service. They not only feature frozen yogurt, but also sorbet and gelato which is nice. I tried a sample of the pistachio gelato they were raving about and it was fantastic! But I opted for non fat peanut butter frozen yogurt that night and it was delicious with a few chocolate chips on top. You can choose from about 8 rotating flavors. I always wish these places offered more flavors from which to choose, but I get it. You pay .47 cents per ounce and it’s the toppings that will get you– and they have a ton! More than any place I’ve seen so far. There’s also a «jukebox» for the modern world, I guess I’d call it. You pay(50 cents I think) to download songs into it, which seems stupid since you can do that onto your iPod for $ 1 normally, so why would you pay to NOT own it? But I actually like that it’s there, plus, I think most busier times anyway, the employees just throw money into it and ask customers what they want to hear. THIS I like! :)
