I like the servers that they have recently hired. A big improvement for sure! Some dishes are hit or miss. I really like the burgers, fish and chips, steak and pasta dishes. Specials are usually a miss. I feel like their prices have gone up but quality is the same. I would pay more, for better. Again, thrilled about the new waitstaff, we will try it again but the Carne Asada was a big letdown!

This is the nicest place to eat in Gypsum! Awesome views, great deck and a friendly staff. Sometimes the kitchen makes minor errors but it’s always resolved quickly and pleasantly. This place is packed on prime rib night in the winter and creole night in the summer. My husband and I eat here frequently as the price point is nice and portions are good. I wish they served breakfast!

The worst service I’ve ever received, nasty, slow service. Took forever to get food, bad food. Keep on moving, don’t stop here!

Though the place was loud, it was perfect for 2 boys! My son who is a picky eater loved my Mediterranean pasta! The fries were delish! A medium rare steak order actually came medium rare. The waitress was great, short wait time for the food, and affordable. Nice to have a quality restaurant here in Gypsum.

Amazing food, great prices, and perfect patio seating for the scenic views. Staff was friendly and efficient! The guacamole is some of the best I’ve ever had. We had the club sandwich and Cobb salad. Both were delicious and the battered fries were a must have!

Great service, good food, and amazing views. If you are in the area this is a must. We were in a group of 5 and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back after a round of golf.

Ab Fab!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 this restaurant is a solid 15. Food is flavorful, well prepared, and reasonably priced. Surf and turf only 18 bucks. Service was pleasant, informed and professional. Ask for Amber. Drinks are also reasonably priced. A pleasant surprise for a down valley establishment and well worth the drive. A solid hit!

Extremely friendly service and incredibly reasonable prices for the food. $ 7 for a BLT loaded with thick cut bacon on buttery grilled bread with either super crispy fries or thick well breaded onion rings(no extra charge). $ 10 for a broiled salmon filet with starch and veggie sides. The turkey reuben($ 9?) was piled high with shaved turkey, two pieces of Swiss and nicely toasted wheat bread. French fries had that coating on them that made them super crispy. You can’t beat the value and views looking north from the terrace. We will be back next year when we return to the area and to the golf course.

I ate here my first night as a new citizen of Gypsum. Our server was friendly and very helpful, and the food was great! I got the mashed potatoes and steak and WOW. I was very impressed. I will have a hard time trying anything else when I know how good that steak and potatoes was. My husband got. some soft of fish which he loved, but man. I don’t even remember what it was because I was too busy snarffing my meal.

This place used to be called Cotton Ranch and was a private golf club. The city of Gypsum bought the club in foreclosure and now operates it as a public course. My buddy and I played nine holes then had dinner at the grill. Yum, pretty good. He had Baked Cannelloni and I had the Pork Tenderloin. We finished off our meal with Rhubarb-Blueberry Cobbler a la’ mode. We really liked this place and will return.
