This place is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming an accommodating. Great place to go with family or for a solo workout. The track is so nice and has a more secluded area with some dumbbell sets, but also has a huge weight room section too. The offer so many classes, you’ll definitely find at least one that fits your level and workout interests. Lazy river in the pool! Just an all around great environment!

This is such a nice faciliaty right in the middle of Gypsum it great that it their. You can play basket ball on drop in nights, train in the weight room on other nights, swim, use the running tredd mills, work out bikes, Everything is new and in great shape, in fact the whole building is incredaible. Would recommend getting a membership over paying the walk in rate, a lot cheaper way to go and you can use the place anytime you would like. The staff are very nice and helpful when ever you need something. Great for kids as well.
