I was in the area downtown gypsum and stopped by buffalo bar and grill and had a perfect classic BLT and a crisp mix green salad service was right on and professional and met some locals that were extremely pleasant then the chef offers me fresh onion rings that were exceptional!!! nothing like I’ve ever tasted the owners Jimmy and Kristina were absolutely the greatest host I would check it out !!!

Are you freaking kidding me…, disgusting food… environment…service…owner was drunk., and customers drinking liquor out of a bottle they bought in,…horrible…not even 1 star… close down

The service is beyond fantastic the owners are great and beyond friendly! I go for the Buffalo Bleu Burger personally, also they finally received they’re liquor license! Cheers!

Just driving through stopped here because of the full parking lot. Warm friendly environment. Great menu that covers all meals for all tastes with items that are simple but show creativity and a love for good food. Nice vegan salads on the menu. Couldn’t resist eating every one of the fresh cut fries that came with my bison burger. Will make a point to stop here in future. Looking forward to trying the dinners. Prompt friendly service.

I have been to so many restaurants in 25 yrs of driving a truck… service was awsome and food was the best I have had… was treated like I was family… thank you so much for an awsome experience..

Went in for lunch. The WORST experience ever. Place was filthy… salt & pepper shakers sticky. WAY over priced. The kitchen cook with the long skinny grey braid had a mouth like a truck driver, and all she did was complain and gossip… our waitress was blitzed. Bathrooms stinking like never cleaned. The kitchen fan wasn’t working, and it was covered in black grease, so they just had a household fan pumping the air outside… loud and noisy like an industrial factory… YECH Took our meal to go and
tossed it ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Steer clear of this place! Its too bad we can’t get a good bar and grill in Gypsum. If your hungry go to the Gypsum Grill, and if your thirsty head up to Bonfire! This place is a real dive, and not in the fun adventurous way!
