I think the reviews focus too much on environment. Dr Foo is very friendly and focus on details. He indeed spent too much time per patient because he listened to their complaints. There are doctor who treat patient impersonal but not with this doctor. If they can computerized records which will make things run faster especially when you make an appointment ahead of time and arrive before not after the appointment time.

Can’t help to contribute my two cents here. Yes, the office is crowded, dingy, and literally smells. However, we must not forget this establishment is in the middle of an old Chinese dominant community, with dirty streets, even many restaurants around there aren’t any cleaner than this office.
Reading the negative reviews kinda makes me chuckle. I can understand, especially the wait and rudeness. I think it’s because of elders like my dad who sometimes would walk in without an appointment. or forgetting his appointment by coming too late, or coming too early to be seen because retired seniors like my dad has nothing better to do all day and got tons of questions. :)
My dad likes Dr. Foo and the front desk personnel, for he can communicate with them directly and they somehow understands my dad’s version of Chinese. They’ve been pretty patient with my dad over the last decades, although he may not be the easiest patient to deal with.
For that reason, I’m thankful of Dr. Foo’s office and his staff. Their regular patients keep coming for a reason, and the business is still standing there for a reason.

Just like the other review, this place should be closed down. Had to take a friend and we would not go back again ever. The staff is unprofessional and rude. You make an appointment and still have to wait forever to be seen. The place is clutter and dirty. I am amazed they call themselves a doctor office. Major hoarder issues.

I wish I saw the Unilocal review before I made an appointment to go in for this doctor. It was absolutely true, the nurse has got a very bad attitude. What was worse was that she was trying to take advantage to naïve people by over-​charging them.
I asked them what the copay will be for the office visit without health insurance, the nurse told me it’s $ 65. I also checked a few other places, they told me $ 60, $ 70, etc. So I believed the Chineseinla website’s reviews and decided to go with this one. When I arrived at the office and tried to make a cash payment of $ 65, the nurse told me it was $ 65 AND UP! I asked her what that means. She said it means the lowest is $ 65 for the best scenario like a very very short session. If the doctor needs to talk to you more or spends more time with you for this office visit, then extra charge will apply. So what if the doctor sits down and shares his life-​long story with me? I still gotta pay for it? It is so tricky. I mean it is totally up to them how long they wanna blah blah blah, I just get the check and pay for it. So I took my grandparents and left without turning back. They tried to negotiate the price with me when they saw I was about to leave. But hell no! I would not trust someone with such a shallow personality to have anything to do with.
This is unethical business practice to over charge someone who does not seem to know what is going on. I’m an insurance agent and that was a bad move to try to cheat me or my family.

She told me if you want to pick it up here !
by the way there’s another time they said they will fax the prescription to CVS and second I would do CVS told me the prescription this incomplete my dad birthday is not on it!
So they cannot they cannot release the medication ! And the nurse tell CVS they gave us the hard copy, but they didn’t just don’t know why the nurses have to lie to the CVS I don’t know why they lie !
Anyway this clinic is a bad doctor with bad nurses!
I feel so sorry I need to take my dad here
