McDonald’s

We don’t come by very often, but the few times we do we go to this location, the service is okay, the food is satisfying, I like this location the interior is very nice, I like the design. The play place is fun for kids and clean

Mc Donald’s is my favorite but this location is disgusting. Their food is garbage and never fresh. Please save your money and go to the next nearest location. A few times I couldn’t even eat my food I just threw it out. I made an account just to write this that’s how bad it is. Hope they get their act together.

It’s easy, I could care less about traffic line in the drive thru, and the parking situation. This place sucks, they cannot brew coffee, or they double brew the same filter and coffee to make a water down coffee! It’s down the street from my house I have to drive to Colima to get my cup and drive back down the hill to get on the fwy. what a waste of time!!! If they do that with coffee I can imagine what they do the food

Had to leave a review for the a lady that appeared to be the manager, dark blue button up shirt. That’s the exact customer service I look for when I spend my money. I ordered for four. 10 pic chicken nugget combo, triple cheeseburger combo, mcflurry and a big Mac combo for myself. Order was fast & accurate. And again there were one or two employees who could’ve offered assistance while this lady was going a 100mph taking/​arranging orders and then she noticed I needed few more condiments like she read my mind.

Don’t come here even the buy one get one free coupons are not worth this hell hole.
1 person on the cash register on morning rush is very poor management.

This has been the 3^rd time they have messed up my order but all in all they do end up giving me an extra items or replacing it with a better one, for you people out there complaining just go somewhere else you already know how McDonald’s is, they got their workers minimum wage poverty line poor people, stop complaining.

Horrible service. For two cheeses burgers they made me wait 10 minutes on their reserved parking. McDonald’s is suppose to be fast and simple but not this one. Horrible.

I love coming here every morning for my Ice Caramel Coffee with extra Caramel. The staff is always so sweet every morning i drive thru for my ice coffee. The drive-​thru line can be long at times, but I just have to have my morning kick with Mc D’s Ice coffee Caramel.

Ugh, this McDonalds sucks. My experience today especially made me decide to write this negative review, although I have constantly had bad experiences here. First of all, everyone has been trying to collect the Despicable Me minion toys from the Happy Meals. The one I wanted, which was the minion holding the banana, happened to be the most popular one. I went up to the cashier and asked him if they had that specific one. He said yes really confidently, even after I pointed to the toy at the display. After he said yes, I decided to buy a happy meal here. When I got my happy meal, I checked the toy, and surprise surprise… I got the WRONG one. I explained to them that the cashier guy TOLD me that they had the banana minion left. Nope, they were so rude about it and didn’t even offer me a refund. After they saw my pissed off look, they offered to trade for the one in the display. I took it anyway, despite not being happy.
Also, the lines are always so long during breakfast. It’s annoying.

1 Star is too much for this place, I’ve seen roach coaches cleaner than this place… Trash everywhere, dirty sticky tables.
I don’t know if this place is not trying or it just gave up…
The staff look like they hate life.
line is too long to order. And the wait time is awful. Parking? not great, and don’t park next to the building, you’ll get blocked in by the drive-​thru line. I don’t think «class» when I think McDonald’s, but your serving food and offering a place to eat, set some kind of standard.

Feng shui fail…

This is a place i usually try to avoid, however being it is very close to and i sometimes just want a drink or a quick bite to eat. then i’ll stop by. I have had several wrong items given to me or i am asked to move my car up to the waiting area (which i don’t) and a couple of times have been told to come in because the drive thru is closed temporary! I usually just leave at this time and go elsewhere.
The parking lot is a mess as where i see many confused drivers trying to park or just use the drive thru. I stop here at least once or twice every couple months, again only because it’s my local McDonald’s and it can be convenient for me. But oh do i swear this will be my last time here every time i go. I have had better experiences at other locations.

I bought a BLT the sandwich came without the chicken

Possibly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I dropped by to pick up some food for my gf, friends and myself. When I pulled up to pick up the food they gave me a bag and when continued waiting for the rest of the food I was asked if I had placed a separate order.
Confused, I said «No, it’s a single order and after looking at the food I received I said «I should have a large drink, this is a medium.» They had given me someone else’s order and I had to park and wait for them to correct it.
I wasn’t even given any complimentary fries or ANYTHING. Instead I end up waiting an extra 15 minutes to get my order that should’ve been right the first time.
And on a separate occasion, I had order a deluxe breakfast and didn’t even get a fork. Breakfast lines are long and had to wait to get a fork in order to eat my breakfast. While waiting I overheard a man complaining with the cashier that he was in line before breakfast was over and when he got to the register, they would not let him order breakfast.
Without a doubt, I will NEVER eat at this McDonald’s again.

How difficult is it to put packets of delicious sauce into a paper bag? Apparently, the level of difficulty is… well, I guess we are not on their level. Hence, why they never gave us our fucking sauces for our nuggets. I guess that’s why they never gave us any napkins either, since we don’t have any saucy messes to clean up.
I know that what’s on MY screen is on YOUR screen… so stop being fucking lazy and give me my honey mustard dammit!

Order grill chicken southwestern salad and grill club sandwich and dine in, yet, they gave me crispy salad and crispy club sandwich in to-​go bag after 20 minutes?! tried to correct my order, was told «your receipt says so» worst dinning experience in MCDonald.

Came here for drive-​thru, waited more than 30 minutes, ridiculous.

We came in and bought some ice cream cones, turns out we found RAT droppings on the cone… YUCK!!!
Never eat here! So disgusting!

This is not just any McDonald’s, it’s the crazy feng shui McDonald’s! (see links below) Does the feng shui interior make the food taste better? No, but it’s still a fun place to check out. It’s also nice to see a little creativity, originality, and cultural sensitivity in the otherwise evil empire that is McDonald’s Corporation.
