Very good place to do your nails I use Helen and she is the best. I give 5 stars to Helen. A little bit not organized when it comes to décor, different chairs on one side and different chairs on the other but over all it is good. Prices are a little on the high but very nice people in there polite and nice.

First time here. And it was amazing! I got a gel manicure by Liane* (I’m horrible at remembering names, I should have had her write it down). She did an amazing job and took her time. We had a fun conversation that lasted the whole time I was there, which made the experience fun. The place is huge and spacious. The gel manicure was 30 bucks. Just be sure to bring the tip in cash. Overall great experience.

Way overpriced for what you get. $ 88 for a full set and a pedicure. So not worth it. I asked for almond shaped and she pushed for coffin shape, not sure why. She didn’t do a very good job shaping them. The lady doing my nails cut me while filing my nail because she was too busy talking to her co-​worker. It’s been a few days and my cut still hurts.

I love Nail World. I go there all the time for my finger nails, toe nails & waxing. Those ladies always do an excellent job on my nails & give the best massages. I will not get my eyebrows waxed anywhere else. This place is clean & bright & always smells good. They always remember me when I go in.

Best place in the area. I have been going to this place since it opened. The place is really clean and professional. The girls try to make your nail experience good and are not pushy about getting other additional services either. Great atmosphere..

Nice nail technicians, but the 2 times I’ve had my daughter get gel pedi, the color peels off within 24 house on a few toes. Mine is still on and it’s been about 2 weeks. I forgot my cell there and i was thankful and greatful that they recovered it and saved it for me.

Overpriced!!! Took my daughter for gel nails, pedicure and designs on her feet I paid 80 dollars!!! I’ve gone to other nail places the most I’ve paid is 50 for the same service! This place didn’t even mention that the designs on her feet were another 20 bucks!!! She went to Hawaii with crappy nails and designs that weren’t even all that!!! Never again here I will just stay with my nail place in Riverside!!! Do not come here they will take your money and more!!! The girl in front desk very rude!!! Please don’t come here wish I didn’t have to give them a star!!!

2^nd time coming here, both times I’ve been happy with the outcome of my nails, they do all the little extra stuff in pedis that other salons don’t do like put the blue powder in the water, leg massages. I feel like other places just wet your feet and change the color of your polish. Definitely will keep coming here

Wayyy over priced! I got something so simple and it came out to $ 40!!! QUEEN NAILS on Amar is affordable and they can do way more than nail world! I recommend Sam! Unilocal it!

Parking was a fiend in this plaza filled with tiny lanes and crazy drivers.
I was five minutes late for my appointment, but my manicurist was still busy with a previous appointment, so I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for her. I booked with Katie, due to a friend’s recommendation. She was nice and sweet, the session was super quick, I got a gel manicure with navy blue gradient tips, and silver/​blue glitter. The results were lovely, not too thick considering the multiple layers of gel. It was $ 30 with nice results.

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The ladies are all really nice. It is kind of pricey but since its right down my street, its worth the pay. They usually don’t need notice but i always call just in case they’re unexpectedly busy.
Nice chairs, clean environment, and they play movies. I don’t really have a «go-​to» lady but they’re all fairly good. Out of the hundred times i’ve been here i’ve only been disappointed like 3 times but if you go back that same day, they’re more than willing to fix it.

I have been a loyal customer since Nail World and Spa opened. I understand that there may be certain situations that cannot be controlled and I may have to wait a few min for my appt. But when I schedule an appt. for 4:00pm, it is NOT okay to start my manicure and pedicure at 4:50pm. If that were the case, I could have either gone somewhere else OR not wasted my time coming at the correct time. What is the point in making an appointment then?
Lee & Vicki are the owners and they do not care nor do they value their long time customers and that is really sad because I do like coming to this salon and having my favorite nail techs do my manicure and pedicure. All they care about is the dollar and they don’t like to turn away customers. For instance, I was having my nails done, someone walks in who doesn’t have an appointment and wants her eyebrows done. They tell my nail tech to go and wax her eyebrows. So that means she is taking time away from MY APPOINTMENT that I MADE in ADVANCE to go wax someone who just walked in and didn’t take the time to make an appointment. That is not fair to me, a long time loyal paying customer who made an appointment.
I have kept my mouth shut for sometime now but I can’t handle the lack of customer service. I have thought about it and I will be looking for another nail salon who’s owners practice good customer service and actually care about their clients.
