My 1st time at Rite Aid and they are similar to CVS or Walsgreen except that it seems cleaner and more organized with their shelvings. I also find their lighting brighter and feels nicer to shop at as compared to most CVS that I’ve been to.

I only went to this Rite Aid for the pharmacy and ice cream, both of which had excellent service. I won’t go in detail about Rite Aid since these are all pretty much the same, but I thought the pharmacy technician and pharmacist were very polite and helpful. I also thought the person who served me ice cream afterwards was very quick and helpful too. This place is well-​run.

I have been going to this Rite Aid location for my prescription. The service is excellent! The people from Pharmacy are very helpful. The people there are polite. We are always greeted at the entrance.

This is my first week working inside of this rite aid and I must say I love my job! I’ve heard that this store has been remodeled and its looks beautiful in the inside! The guest are great and full of personality! Come on in to rite aid for all of your pharmacy needs! DONT FORGET to get that FLU SHOT! CHONG is your friendliest pharmacist!

This review is mainly for the store manager Ricardo (I think that’s his name)
I didn’t interact with him nor have I seen him before, but the other day my daughter was having a bad day at school so I took her to Rite-​Aid for some ice cream cause that always helps a bad day lol !!! Any how we got her ice cream big smiles In tack and as soon as we walk out her Ice cream falls to the floor!!! I’m not the type to go ask if we can have another scoop. Well we’re getting into our car and a gentlemen (which I later found out was the store manager) rolls his window down and told us go back in and tell them «Ricardo» sent you in for a free scoop!!! When we went back in the lady told us he’s the store manager who just got off work! Something he didn’t have to do but he did!!! Great customer service!
Every time we do go into that store every one is very pleasant and welcoming! Great service all around!

I love Rite Aid… I had caught a Horrible Headcold over the New Year Holiday with the Phacmacist help I’m getting better. Every time I visit the overall store they are very helpful and friendly. I am on occasion a little disappointed on the ice-​cream selection. You Go RiteAid

I love Riteaid because of their awesome pistachio ice cream. I am in heaven when I am able to get it when it is on sale. It is my favorite ice cream in the world!!! This Riteaid have been convenient. I like how they’re is a big parking lot. However, since it is shared, it could still be difficult finding parking during peak hours.

Courteous response from store owner. Totally surprised that some one actually heard a voice of concern, anger and frustration.
The response was soon after I complained the secretary I believe Ashley was so professional assured me my concerns would be checked out that weekend.
Sorry I took so long in responding. I did appreciate the earnest concern to remedy the problem for me and the store itself.
This has made a difference in my outlook, some people do really care.
The experience made me disturbed, but I was totally awed at the straight forward approach at appealing to my human nature to assure me, rite aid cares for their customers.
Today this quality customer service is rare.

Connivance store close to my work. They have things I want. I like to go there buy birthday cards, they got a lot of cute funny cards for birthday and wedding and anniversary. They also have ice cream thrifty ice cream. Yummy ^_^

The new Rite Aid looks great! Everything looks so much cleaner and neater. The cashier guy even acknowledges and welcomes people coming through the entrance.
Advice for ice cream servers: where’s the trashcan for the sampling spoons? It used to be in front of the fridge, but now it’s by the door.
Is it just me or the Thrifty prices went up again? :(

This review is specifically for the pharmacy.
As someone who takes a lot of different medication on a regular basis, your local pharmacy becomes like family to you. I went to this pharmacy for 6 years and everytime I went, I would look forward to seeing the staff. They are all so friendly and they really made me feel like family, not just a customer. They made things so convenient for me and every visit was truly a pleasant one.
Props to the managers Chong and Helen, and to technicians Clarice and Susan. These 4 people specifically made having to go to the pharmacy multiple times every month a joy. They are all very professional and also have that personal touch that makes you feel like they genuinely care about you and your health.
I was extremely sad that I had to leave them because we moved to Austin TX. I hope my new pharmacy out here is just as good as this Rite Aid in Hacienda Heights, but they have some huge shoes to fill.

It’s getting better after a new crew and a make-​over. Cleaner store and nicer staff… I guess someone upstairs is watching!
Found everything i needed, including some great sale items. One item that was 75% off rang up at 50% i mentioned the error and it was quickly fixed.
Will definitely give this place a second chance! (maybe 4 stars next time)

I still call it: Thrifty Drug Store
I love their ice cream cones since it was only for a quarter, now it is about $ 1.50 for a single scoop. All ice cream flavors are fabulous but the Pistachio is my favorite.
I buy Rite-​Aid brand stuff for the its comparable quality and price with brand names. Other perk is the additional 10% discount with the «Wellness+ Card» on certain day of the week for seniors. The weekly sales items are for things that are not in my urgent needs, except for the bird food which is always on my urgent lists.
I am still a loyal customer after more than 30 years.

remember when a double cone ice cream was really cheap at thrifty. when i was a kid it was. i’m sure when great grandfathers were children, the ice cream was just pennies.
well, there’s been inflation in the past couple decades but the ice cream still tastes the same. good olé thrifty ice cream sold at rite aid.
my favs are black cherry, chocolate malt ball, mint chocolate chip.
i’m running out… gotta go buy two more flavors.
but the DOWNSIDE TO RITE AID now…

they JUST introduced a RiteAid card for savings. one of the reasons i shop RiteAid more than other places is because i don’t need a card. yeah, those savings cards are free but still a pain… to bring, to put in the correct phone number, etc. WHY NOW?!?
