Blimpie

This is my go to when me and ny kuds wanna do lunch and arent sure what we want to eat. Always a hit, always delicious.
Workers are great here. Fast and attentive. And delivery is amazingly convenient.

My go to local place for lunch. What makes any Blimpie stand out from another location? People. The staff is great and generally very quick/​attentive (always the same workers — do you guys ever go home ?). This is your typical jersey sub which is light years ahead of that other chain (I mean can a sandwich have zero personality and people buy in? I guess so…). I stick with the usual suspects, the Blimpie Best or something simple like a turkey sub. They have daily specials and also a frequent sub-​er, er shopper card (buy 8 subs #9 is free). This particular location also delves into Nathan’s stuff, fries, soup and what not (but I just go there for the subs).
This place can get super busy (due to it’s proximity to the court house) so I usually go a little later or earlier than peak hours. I like to park around back (free lotbehind the joint) when main street is crowded.

I’m just happy they’re still here! Ever since the ***way craze blimp idea have been hard to find and I love the sandwiches here! Great stop for a quick snack and metered parking always seems to be available!

This is a great deli to come to for a quick snack and drink. Like after playing a sport or stoping by for a quick lunch. I love it here, it’s affordable and very good.

When I come to a place like a Blimpie, I expect quick service. I didn’t get that here.
Besides sandwiches, they offer hot dogs, packaged snacks like carrot cake, and drinks like Snapple and soda. There used to be a great $ 3 sandwich deal, but its now gone. I don’t really have a reason to come here anymore.
There is a street parking outside, so that is convenient.

They took away the $ 2.99 special! I used to go in every Tuesday for the special sandwich of the day, which was Turkey and Provolone (they had a different one every day of the week). Today I go in and find that now they only have these «special combos» that include a drink and chips. What if you can do WITHOUT the drink and chips!!! They have officially lost a customer.

I’m generally very against Blimpie/​Subway shops as they tend to give you a couple substandard shavings of «meat» on adequate bread.
However, I stopped in here for soup the other day and was really pleased with the soup, the service… and the cookie. I wouldn’t delve into the sandwiches, but I’d go back for the soup!
