Kudos to the staff for their hard work this thanksgiving! Came here to pick up thanksgiving lunch this year, and it was a good experience overall. The restaurant seemed well-staffed and prepared to handle a large number of orders for the day. We ordered lunch for 5 and received our food within minutes, which was great. Our order consisted of chicken, corn, stuffing, and mash potatoes & gravy. Everything was cooked well. I’m usually not a gravy person, but I couldn’t stop putting spoonful after spoonful on my food. The corn and stuffing were addicting as well. Although we were missing turkey this year, the chicken was a nice substitute. Overall, this was a good option for our thanksgiving meal this year. I just wish we got the Mac & cheese, it looked amazing. That gives me one reason to return!

Not sure is they have changed the recipe for their pot pies but they are awful now. Thumbs down.

Decent food, but not the friendliest bunch of people. I went this evening around 6 pm. Whoever assisted me with my food was great! But the cashier girl and the manager were very rude. The manager just stared & the cashier girl didn’t even great me. I’m big on customer service having worked in the industry over 10 years, and they’re sorely lacking. Next time this happens, I’ll record names and call corporate.

As a high school student, I come here almost every single weekday. Food was the same as any other Boston Market, but what stands out is the customer service. The owner is really nice. Sometimes on cold days, he stands by the door to clean and opens the door for customers as they walk in. He even complimented on my friend’s tie once! If you eat at the restaurant, they will serve you at the table and even clean up for you.

I came in for lunch with my grandmother and I tried out the St. Louis Style Ribs and Chicken combo with beans and cream of spinach. It was a ¼ serving of both with 3 – 4 pieces of rib. while we wait to pick up our order Jose, an employee of Boston Market kept us entertained and made us laugh. The serving portion is enough and fulfilling.

Ok I don’t know if it’s really a «4» but I always expect fast food to be terrible and I was pleasantly surprised by this location. My review is for this Boston market location only. The staff was actually friendly and helpful.

Not gonna lie, Boston Market gets the job done. For«fast» food, it’s definitely top notch. Service is always friendly and quick, and the food is good and filing. Depending on how you order, you can get some fattening comfort food or something healthy. Also, they have sriracha, which is a nice plus. I’ve taken my wife and a friend here on separate occasions(both of whom had somehow never been) and both were impressed. I will definitely keep coming back when I’m in need of a complete, filling lunch.

Usually I have a great experience when I come in here not so much this evening. I received a very nasty attitude from the young lady that was cleaning the bathroom this evening as well as the girl who rang up my order. I inquired what time they closed she said very nastily 9p. I thought maybe they were closing & that’s why I received this less than stellar treatment. But it’s 8:15p. I’ll probably satisfy my Boston Market cravings at the Fort Lee location.

Typical Boston Market: rotisserie chicken, hearty sides, and corn bread. I agree that the skin of the chicken was salty, and I needed to immediately follow my bites with corn bread to neutralize it. It may be a Boston Market-wide service, but on my last visit, my food came on a ceramic plate, and I could leave my dishes on the table to be cleaned by staff(sans tipping).

OK, here goes, IT’S Boston Market… The service has always been fast and friendly, I have never had to roll my eyes or walk out of this place because the orders are taken quickly and the food is served within less than a minute. –The End

I mean. rotisserie chicken, is rotisserie chicken, so that’s not what I’m writing about– the Mediterranean salad. NOWTHAT“s worth the review. This salad is soo darn delicious. It’s made to order, w/their freshly made rotisserie chicken, shaken together with olives, feta cheese, celery, tomato, and tortilla chips. and the dressing is tangy perfection! Job well done Boston Market!

Back in the Seattle area we used to have Boston Markets and then all of them went away so it was a nice change to see one and to get a nice home cooked meal(or at least as close as you can get to it when traveling for work). The food is how I remember it and the prices aren’t too bad either. Good place to go when traveling or in need of a quick«home cooked» meal

Your normal Boston market stuff here… tried to be an upscale fast food place but still very fast food’ish. Everything was warm and average. Good for emergency where you have to eat«now!» and this is the only place nearby.

Oh this brings me back. Being a teenager, buying the kid’s meal, demolishing that cornbread, and lingering to see how many times we could refill our sodas for free. They were simpler times. Well, with teenage hormones, probably not. But Boston Market was an okay addition to that time. Just wouldn’t go out of my way now. You can buy a whole roast chicken from any major grocery, and it’s usually better — my person favorite is the Costco $ 4 chicken, actually(true story!). Popeye’s has better corn bread, and you really got to go to a real soul or comfort food place for proper sides. Boston Market(formally Boston Chicken) — I salute you for your fulfillment of duties in the past, but you are honorably discharged.

I was one of the starving high school students who would trudge to Boston Market everyday at lunch to escape the cafeteria food and because the only other alternatives were Hooters and Coach House. I’ll give you a tip – during the school year Boston Market can get VERY crowded during the lunch hour. They usually get everyone their food in a timely fashion but finding a seat is another story. But most of the time it’s very quiet. The food is pretty good. The first time you eat at Boston Market after three years of cafeteria food it’s like manna from heaven. Two months later you’re tired of it, but it’s still better than what the school has to offer. Their menu isn’t that extensive, some sandwiches, chicken/turkey, and their sides. You can just point to the side you want and have them scoop some up for you. Macaroni & Cheese is an old favorite, so is their mashed potatoes. Everyone I know has a favorite side they could eat a ton of for lunch. Price wise… I went to Boston Market back when everything was almost $ 2 cheaper, and I’ve heard a lot of my friends complain that while the portions have stayed the same and are oftentimes inadequate the prices have risen. Although, I’m sure if you’re a moderate eater you won’t go hungry. There is almost no interaction with the staff, you tell them what you want, they scoop it, you move down and pay. Service is fast. They almost never run out of anything. Their desserts are a bit lacking – I don’t recommend getting their pumpkin pie. Sometimes when you buy it it’s frozen solid, or the same pumpkin pie has been there for who knows how long… Their brownies, etc. are standard, and their cookies taste just like any other mass produced chocolate chip cookie. The restaurant itself is pretty clean, not very brightly lit, and has a very laid back atmosphere. I like sitting in the booths but there are only four(two standard sized and two couple sized). If you’re passing through Hackensack Boston Market would be a likely alternative to the Burger King further up the way and is a nice place to sit back and just eat.
