Great store. Very nicely laid out w/​polite employees. Honestly, even though the quality is great, it’s waaaay more than what I’m willing to spend on clothing. A scarf (soft wool) costs $ 299, a kid’s jacket (which was of a very high quality and was also reversible) costs $ 350…
I love my kid, but he’s got a $ 20 jacket that works just fine, and given how much he likes to stomp around and play, I feel much better that he’s doing it in a warm cheap jacket. That being said, the sales people were very helpful and not pushy, even though I told them that I was just looking around.

What great customer service! I just called in an order and they were GREAT. I emailed photos and got a phone call back right away telling me they had both. Brien is awesome, ask for his help! Cant wait to go pick up my items.(which will be wrapped when I arrive thanks to thier customer service)

I love Burberry! Especially their hallmark check cashmere scarf paired with a trench! I want to be ensconced in cashmere… The Hackensack store has a great selection of hats, jackets, coats, and clothing for men, women and children as well as shoes, boots, sun glasses and hand bags. During the holiday season there are deals to be had. It is a bit chaotic but worth the fight! Make sure you speak to Brien, he is the best!
