Beautiful boutique with great customer service! I always visit Hermes boutiques but this was the first time i visited the one at The Shops at Riverside. Not a large boutique and also not that busy. All the employees are always tending to customers. One of the employees helped me at the fragrance section and Scarf section and was kind!

Great Hermes flagship store. I can’t remember the exact hours, but I do know that it closes earlier than other stores (on Saturdays at least).
Great inventory of scarves and small accessories. I remember taking a bag here to see if a small tear on the handle could be repaired — that was my first visit a couple years ago. I usually frequent the Hermes in NYC, but that place gets SO crowded by tourists on the weekends, it’s nearly impossible to get one-​on-​one without having to wait for a bit. Here, there’s no wait — super attentive and friendly (non-​snobby) sales associates.

This store is my new weak spot. Hidden in a quiet corner of the riverside square mall. It’s one of the friendliest and stocked Hermes stores I have ever been to. Everyone at this location is generous and sweet. Such great people and a super humble and gracious manager. I will be back more and more.

After shopping at Hermés of Paris, at the Hackensack, NJ store, I have to say I was extremely impressed. The perfume selection was outstanding. However, the jewelry and watches really threw me for a loop. I was only expecting their renown leather goods to be fabulous. Furthermore, the staff are very attentive and eager to help you make a selection. It was a trip worth making as the bracelet we purchased is one of a kind and will always mean so much.
