Dunkin’ Donuts

I frequent this Dunkin since it is a drive through directly across the street from my office building. The staff is very friendly but sometimes mix up my order. Parking lot is difficult to get in and out of and the wait is sometimes a little long even when I park and run inside.
Not my favorite Dunkin but I’m still loyal to the brand.

Bad service and the person working the register doesn’t know anything about different coffee drinks. I ordered an ice macchiato and he asked me if I want milk and sugar…

I have never really liked coming to this location and I wish I’d read the reviews prior to my experience today at around noon. Customer service is like a –10 at this location. The girl at the register was not friendly, not even a tiny bit cordial. Basically non-​existent. No «hello», no «good morning» nada. Just a blank stare. I order my dunkaccino and the guy and girl at the registers kind of look at each other briefly. That’s when I SHOULD have changed my mind. Maybe there was an issue with the machine– I don’t know. All I know is that now, after drinking it I feel sick with bad stomach cramps! So trust me –other reviewers that say order here and eat from here at your own risk aren’t joking!!! Bad service, lack of cleanliness and potential food poisoning means never again in my book!!! I intend to report this issue to both the store and the local board of health!

Think twice before consuming food/​drink at this location. Every table in the dining room was dirty with dried up coffee, spilled sugar, and crumbs. The floor consisted of empty bags with trash in it. Plenty of staff were working, one table occupied inside. Guess no one felt like cleaning that day. Usually, if the dining room/​bathroom is filthy, it is anyone’s guess as to how the food/​beverages/​bakery products are prepared and handled. Eat at your own risk! Possibly, afterwards the bathroom will be your best friend.

Always stop at this DD when I’m getting my car serviced at All American Ford across the street. This past Saturday I went through the drive thru where I was helped by one of the nicest friendliest people I have ever seen! I forgot his name unfortunately. So nice!!!

This DD is very busy during morning rush hour. The drive thru is too long so for faster service I always go inside. However everyone is so nice and quick with orders.

I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such horrible customer service. I swear the females in this place have something against me, (except the short Hispanic woman in the mornings). At the drive through she’s all happy in the sound box, and I see her smiling at the person in front of me but once she see me, the girl gives me this horrible attitude. I ask for a receipt before she even gives me my change and she’s staring at me like «are you serious?» And I ask for a tray and she literally throws it at me. I only come here because it’s convenient but I swear I’m gonna write a letter to the owner because if these people don’t change their attitude, they’re gonna lose a lot of customers and I’m just going to continue posting about my bad experiences here because enough is enough! I’ve been biting my tongue but next time this happens, which will probably be tomorrow, I’m going to say something.

Been coming here for years, never had any issues with my orders. Service has always been fine, better than many other locations in fact. They stayed open during Super Storm Sandy, and management was smart enough to be prepared with generators & divert supply trucks here. People were able to get coffee & food all day long (with one small break in between when they had to restock).
**There IS a drive through, always has been. You can enter it through parking lot and go left OR there is entrance from the main 503 Ave. while coming from Target and Burger King is to your left, just before the traffic light. I guess some reviews missed it!

Now how does dunkin donuts not have donuts? Well they had no donuts no munchkins nothing. Had to check and make sure I was at the right place. Â Might as well closed for the rest of the day if you asked me…

I’m not generally moved to write a review for Dunkin’ Donuts because it’s a known quantity. But my experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts changed my day. Everyone was so friendly it was a pleasure to visit this Dunkin’ Donuts and I’m leaving here with an extra spring in my step. Thank you so much and I’ll be back.

There is no drive thru at this location, that is the one in Teaneck (and yes the parking lot there is tiny.) this parking lot is a good size. Unfortunately the quality is not the greatest (to say the least!) but if you go to Dunkin donuts, you pay for what you get. What makes me not a fan of this particular location is that in a pinch I get the egg white veggie flat bread sandwich. However when I ordered from here there was sausage in the veggie egg white. If I was a vegetarian it would have been worse, but the sausage was gross, validating my preference not to order it!

This place is alright compared to other DD, but this place attracts the «winners.» We came in to get breakfast and an older man was listening to a hand held radio on blast. Then a few tables over, an elder couple was talking very loudly. I don’t mind all that since the servers did a decent job with our orders. They were also quite friendly.

I always like Dunkin Donuts — and I like this store too. Â They are efficiently run and easy to deal with. Â Their coffee, in cup or in bag, is always good.

This DD has a tiny parking lot. Â It fits maybe nine cars and almost always have a huge line for its drive thru. Â So if you don’t want to wait on line for your coffee, you need to find parking and chances are you won’t.

I work nearby, so I frequent this DD. The staff is very polite and helpful and the coffee is consistently good and fresh, which is more than I can say for some other DDs. Minus one star because the very early morning (before 6am) experience can be somewhat sub-​par.

It’s Dunkin Donuts how much is there to criticize about a place that sells donuts, bagels, danishes, muffins, drinks, and the occasional chicken and tuna salad sandwiches. You get what you pay for and let me tell you I am not disappointed when I order my medium iced caramel latte with little ice and extra caramel. Always made to perfection and that is all I ask for

5 stars for the courteous staff on the front line. It’s not easy dealing with a bunch of coffee-​deprived grumps in the morning, and yet they always have a smile on their faces and say wonderful things like, ‘Have a nice day, Miss’. Makes my day every time.
Minus 1 star for consistently messing up my latte. I get that it’s super busy in the morning and you’re probably thinking ‘Fuck this foam’, but I want foam, hence why I ordered a latte and not coffee w/​milk.
Minus 1 star for giving me the turkey egg white sandwich instead of the VEGGIE sandwich. Me, the vegetarian, bit into said sandwich and had to drive back [furiously] to get a refund. Mistakes happen, but this is the second occurrence.
Minus 1 star for the manager who looked at me like I was crazy for not wanting meat in my sandwich. Because you know, vegetarianism is so fucking bizzzzzaaaaaare and uncommon. So now I have janky coffee and no breakfast.
I’m done with this location.

This is the only drive-​thru location I know of in this general area, so it’s pretty busy all the time. The teeny-​tiny parking lot is no fun to manuever through, especially when an SUV parks itself right in the front, blocking the way for more than one car to get by.
The tables inside are not always wiped down, but there’s usually a small chance of finding at least one clean spot to sit at.
The staff is so-​so; their practical intelligence is hit or miss at the drive-​thru.
