NEVER get your order right. I guess I could kind of see having an issue or two for a larger than normal order. Today was the last time I waste money here. I ordered a medium iced latte(nothing else just the one item they still managed to mess up) got up to the window and saw that hey had a small for me. No big deal I just asked them to correct it. From their reaction you’d think I just told them their new baby was ugly. Eye rolls and sighs ensued and I’m pretty sure they just poured the small into a bigger cup and added more ice and milk. Needless to say I’m none too thrilled about wasting money on what now is a glass of milk over ice with a slash of coffee.

I asked the girl who worked there if she was using the register and touching the food without gloves, as it appeared. She said yes. When I asked her if someone else could get my stuff together who used gloves, she got an attitude and walked away. The manager was not much help. Because they took so long, and were not offering any help, I had to leave without the things I ordered because I felt badly for the people behind me in the drive thru line. My order has also been wrong before at this location. Such a shame this place can’t get their act together.

My order is wrong four out of the five times I go to this location. Today was my last straw… Ordered an ice drink and was given a hot drink one. Their way of fixing it was throwing a hot latte over ice. Thank you staff, you never fail to amaze me.

When I asked the counter help lady to confirm that my drive thru order of iced coffee was decaf, her response(laughter) ‚“Yeah, I guess so.” Not acceptable customer service!!!

After placing my order the manager said it had been heated up. I had not ordered a hot bagel. He said that it was too bad. She heated it. And then the idiot who took the order said«it’s going to get cold». Are you stupid? Obviously the manager who spends most of his time barking orders at his female-only staff, obviously has a problem giving good customer service and hiring quality people. But I guess if your this guy, then having idiots work for you is easier bc otherwise someone might file a harassment lawsuit.

the customer service here is AWFUL. I took my daughter here because she wanted a pink donut after dance class. The store was empty. I am trying to train my daughter to ask for what she wants so when I asked my child what she wanted the cashier rolled her eyes at me and told me when I was ready to order she would come back. This is the second time this has happened in this location in an empty store. I will never go back. I’ve been to other Dunkin locations, where the people behind the counter were very nice, patient, and spoke to my shy daughter instead of being rude and unaccomodating.

I really can not understand how this place has such high reviews. There has not been one time that I go in and they get my order correct. Ordered a Birthday cake 1 week prior and when I went to pick up the cake it was completely not what I had asked for. I spoke with the manager and all he could say was sorry and gave me a FREE birthday candle. Decided to give them another try a few months later for another birthday cake and AGAIN messed up my order. This time no apology and the attitude was take it or leave it. Never get the order right… When you get to the drive-thru they never give you what you ordered @ the window. Its the closest DD by me so I keep going to them but in all honestly they are horrible… Need to manage a little better …

One of my go-to DnD’s during the week as it has the drive through & it’s on my way to Rt 4. Friendly crew. Never had any issues with service or my order. The drive through does get backed up often earlier in the day on to Cedar Lane though, so on those days they will use both lanes for drive through & cars just alternate based on their turn by remembering which car was ahead of them. Usually works for the regulars who know the system, but every now & then there is that a**hole that honks at you because he thinks you should be moving even though you are waiting your turn in a 2 lane drive through.

I like this D and D. Not only does it have a drive thru, but it also is one of those combo joints. Like the Pizza Hut/KFC/Taco Bell you see every once in a while. The drive through is usually very fast, but i’ve seen cars lined up on the street in some cases, but it usually moves quick. Same ol’ D&D inside, but it is a newer one so it looks nice and has plenty of seating. Wish it was open late, but it’s open most of the day and the the drive thru feature comes in handy if you are on the go.

I came in today to order two large vanilla milkshakes. When I got them I tasted one and it was terrible: thin and tasteless. When I complained the woman behind the counter told me I had to pay a dollar more to have her thicken it up. I said, «That’s crazy: I have to pay extra to get a good milkshake?» She said yes, that was corporate policy. Crazy. I won’t be back.

Some mornings I feel like every single person in Teaneck is sitting waiting in this drive thru. The line is usually massive, looping all the way around the corner even, but major kudos to this staff because they serve out those bagels, donuts and coffees in record time. Its your standard Dunkin Donuts menu and quality, but its really the efficiency in their customer service that makes this place worth coming back to. oh, and also those boston crème donuts :)

Every morning, Monday — Friday, I wake up wanting to break and/or punch something. I haven’t the slightest clue why this is [haha yea right!]. Whatevs, it’s second nature for me to grumpily get in my car and beeline to this specific Dunkin Donuts location. I drive past two other locations, just to get my morning latte from here. Why? Because they do shit right here! There’s consistency and efficiency. Oh and a DRIVETHRU, which by the way, is ridiculously busy in the morning, but the line moves, and moves fast. 4 star worthy service, hands down. The extra star is for customer service. Kudos for taking the initiative to get feedback from your customers via feedback forms and web surveys. Shout outs to the lovely cashier, with the infectious smile, who never fails to say ‘good morning sweetie’ and ‘here you go hun, have a great day!’ ALLDAY, EVERYDAY I don’t think there’s an angry bone in that woman’s body. She totally kills my inner grump. Thank you, and see ya tomorrow!
