McDonald’s

This is my usual McDonalds, they are like any other McDonalds but they advertise all day breakfast, but this is second time i go there at 1pm and i asked for the big breakfast deluxe with hotcakes but they said they can’t make me scrabbled eggs. Don’t know why? So i asked for a egg mcmuffin and said: will the egg mcmuffin have egg”? And they were like of course, so my question is why can they make scramble eggs !!

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ASK FOR «NO ICE» IN YOUR DRINK!
Thanks to a bad experience at this McDonald’s, this is what made me create a Unilocal account and leave my first review that I feel I need to share with others. I made a quick stop using the drive-​thru and ordered a chicken sandwich meal with their «NEW» lemonade as my drink. I asked for no ice which is how I usually like my drinks, and drove up to the first window to pay. After that, I drive up to the next window to pick up my food and I see the employee getting my order together. She takes a cup, presses a button on a drink dispenser machine, and there I see my lemonade being poured into the cup. She fills the cup half way, and then stops… hmmm… okay, so there I am thinking she probably didn’t hear me when I asked for no ice and now she’s going to add ice. Instead, she grabs a lid, and uses it to close the cup… walks up to window and hands me my bag of food and this half-​empty cup of lemonade. (You could just imagine my face expression!) I couldn’t believe what just happened! I looked at her as she’s handing me this ridiculous cup that looked like someone else’s leftovers and said calmly, «you’re kidding me, right?» She then replied, «No, you asked for no ice. Do you want me to add ice?» I then said, «No, thank you.» asked for some ketchup and left. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that they even CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $ 0.10 for upgrading my drink from the regular «water and syrup» soft drinks to their classic lemonade! So not only did I get a half-​empty drink, but they also charged me for it!
This has NEVER happened to me at Wendy’s!!! I frequently go to Wendy’s and anytime I’ve asked for my drink not to have ice, I get a full cup of my choice of drink and no ice! Exactly how it should be. Where on the drive-​thru menu /​sign does it say, «We will only fill-​up your cup half way if you ask for no ice»? Really?! I wonder how that employee would feel if she was in my place and that happened to her, or anyone else for that matter. I literally finished it in two sips… how embarrassing.
According to the definition of False Advertising from the website below, «The most heavily weighed factor is the advertisement’s potential to injure a customer. The injury is usually attributed to money the consumer lost through a purchase that would not have been made had the advertisement not been misleading.»

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in a very very long time as I usually go to Wendy’s if I’m on the road since their food and service is light years better… I should’ve kept it that way. Even Burger King would’ve been a better choice, because at least I can «have it my way».
