The ladies do a great job here. But sometime the wait is a struggle. Get here when they first open for fast service. My pedicure always comes out looking fabulous and lasts about 2 weeks.

I am really cool with the Spanish girls. But every time when I’m there I notice that the owner has favoritism on certain customers. One day I went in there for a pedi and manicure. I had my pedi done and now I was waiting for my mani. But all of a sudden these couple came in and I heard them said they needed fast service. So the owner asked me to wait because she wanted her other customers that just came in to have «fast service.» I thought that was rude. I did not accept. Never again visited this place. Go to some other place.

I’ve been coming year for 1.5 years now. I always get a spa pedicure, gel manicure with eyebrow wax. They always treat me nicely and made sure I’m comfortable. (Once I had a cough and my manicurist kept getting up to get me water). She also took care of my ingrown toe nails with care. One thing I really like is that if you get a manicure and pedicure combo they give a complimentary minute or two shoulder rub.
Unfortunately this place is located with uneasy to please clients. I’ve seen super diva clients who think their walk ins are more important than someone who made an appointments a week ahead. Who think regular nail polish is the same as gel polish and thinks they should cost the same. It’s a shame because the boss and staff tries their hardest to please everyone. But fair is fair.

I am super picky about where I do my manicure/​pedicure. I traveled from Teaneck to Queens every two weeks to get my nails done until I found this place. All of the ladies here are very friendly and professional. I recommend this place.

I was there today and Sarah did great job. I will be definitely going back for next time since my first experience was excellent. I also purchased a $ 1 membership card to gain points for future visits. Mani-​Pedi special is $ 22 Monday thru Wednesday, normally it is $ 28 total.

I as well feel sorry for those who had a bad experience here. It was my 1^st time at this salon and I was very satisfied. I received the green tea or oil pedicure that came with a nice leg massage. Every pedi station has a massage chair. My toes looked very nice and done by a polite woman. My manicure was done by the owner which was rather friendly. Many people came through the the door greeting her as they’ve been here several times and are pretty happy with there choice.
I will be returning and hope all future customers come out with a good experience as I.

I’m so sorry everyone else had bad experiences here because mine was great! I went in yesterday (a Saturday afternoon) with my mom for a pedicure and we were greeted and seated right away! The woman at the front desk was very nice and the adorable girls who did our pedicures were so sweet! No one was checking their phone while working or engaging in long conversations with coworkers… very professional. My mom had an ingrown toenail and the girl working on her feet was attentive and gentle. I also decided to get a gel manicure before I left and Stephanie did a great job! She was thorough and very friendly! I purchased a $ 1 membership card to gain points for future visits and they even started me off with the points from my moms services as well! I will definitely be going back since I’m new to the area and my first experience was great!

Nail house really? They just attempted to charge me $ 35 for a fill in. Now considering I paid a whopping $ 25 to put these bad boys in the first place I had to laugh. I wasn’t greeted right away and had to stand around aimlessly until I interrupted the owner to ask the price. The place was pretty big but other than that nothing else is good.

Over charges for low quality work.
Bad attitudes.
Doesn’t know how to properly do gel manicures.
Out of date equipment.
Advise you to go some place else.

this place is GROSS! they have fruit flys and nats everywhere. they dotn have a clue of how to do nails STAY AWAY
