I was not impressed with the food. I got the kung po chicken. It wasn’t bad but it was nothing special. For the prices you can do better. P. S. do not sit in the bar area when they are busy. This is where I sat and the service was lousy. The bartenders are too busy making drinks for other tables.

The food was good but the service was very poor! I waited for a table for 25 mins that was fine but when I walked over to the bar for drinks I was never approached. I had to go all the way over to the other side of the bar to ask for a drink menu! Then I was paid no mind when I flagged down the bartender to get our drinks. When we got our table the waitress messed our drinks up and our order! Had high hopes for this restaurant!!! I will give them another try in the future, maybe it was just a bad night. The food was very good!

PF Chang’s is in general, an expensive americanized«Chinese/Asian» restaurant with OK food. Our waitress was prompt, efficient, and kind. Notes: — Using the bar area gets you seats faster or right away, and you can order anything on the menu. Otherwise, there is usually quite a long waiting period for dinnertime. — Lettuce wraps(appetizer) are great! Slightly expensive for an appetizer, but has a hefty quantity of meat/tofu. You can also ask for more lettuce wraps. — Meals come salty. I recommend asking them to lessen the salt. — Popular entrée is the Mongolian beef — very flavorful, although I wished there were more veggies than the scallions. — For two women, ordering the chicken lettuce wraps and mongolian beef filled us up very well, with leftovers to boot!

Went here today for an early dinner w my family. PF Chang is nothing new to us, know what to expect and always order our usual. This location has never got it right for us… So this will be the last time we ever go here. Our food came over cooked… Everything… My Kung Pao tacos the chicken lo mein and the beef ala Sichuan … All over cooked… But we were hungry so we ate what we could except sent back the lo mein bc it was really not edible… Just a plate of mush! Never expected this one… The manager came over and apologized and offered a free dessert… For real, my is disgusting I’m eating it out of necessity bc I can’t wait for u to try again after I’ve waited this long already… And u want to comp me a dessert… Wow! Anyhow I said no to the dessert so he brings me a coupon for a free appetizer at this location only… No thank u!!! Won’t be returning here ever again… And I will make sure to tell ppl the same!

What happened to this place? I seem to recall this particular PF Chang’s being run better years ago. Our experience this past Friday has me wondering if we will ever go back. Where do I start? First, our Satay Chicken appetizer took unusually long to come out. When it finally did — it was stone cold. Mentioned this to the server who said she would pass it on to Management. How about a replacement? Next, my wife and I receive our entrée’s but our little Granddaughter did not. When I asked where her food was, I was told, «oh yeah, it’s coming right out.» 20 minutes later, still no food. Because it is rude to eat while still waiting on others entrée’s, our food was now cold. When our server finally reappeared(«How is everything so far?») we explained that we were missing the child’s food. Her surprised reaction led me to believe she never put the order in. She comes back and tells us «there was a „mixup in the kitchen“ and we will get it to you asap.» Right. Another eternity passes and we are fuming at this point. We flagged down a Manager and explained what was going on. Then and only then did this get resolved. To his credit, he offered to comp the entrée and also the stone cold chicken. I finally started eating my cold meal and immediately noticed the steak was not cooked the way I asked. It was supposed to be rare and it was super well done, almost charred. At this point, I didn’t even bother saying anything about this. At some point, our server cleaned some items off the table and took my knife. Why would I need a knife, I am just eating steak! Glutton for punishment, we order a single desert. By now, I started wondering how they would manage to screw this up. Again, 20 minutes seems to be the magic number because that is the amount of time it took to bring the desert to our table! Our server brought extra forks for those who wanted to share and proceeded to drop them all on the floor! No apology and no replacements either! And you guessed it — getting the check… took forever. An evening chock full of gross incompetence.

The lobster street tacos are amazing. The menu seems expanded, with more fresh options. The small plate of spinach with garlic was fresh and large for $ 3.25, not oily at all. Edamame was so good. The garlic noodles was gigantic for $ 8.50. Great drinks, like the Cranberry Mule(Thanksgiving special) and the Spiked Lemon Tea(rum, lemon juice, and brewed black tea).

PF chang changed a lot. I used to love their menu and presenting food with all the different spice sauces they have. I felt my regular Chinese take out is way better that the crap served by them. 1. Had Hot and sour soup — Could taste only starched dark soy sauce and COLD. 2. Had to ask my waiter twice for condiments. No explanation nothing. 3. Appetizer — Lettuce wraps used to be a hit here. Present — ZERO. Had only those crispy fried stuff more than chicken and Lettuce was chopped like salad I. They used to serve lettuce in half full cut –Easy way to have the wraps. Lol !!!. These are supposed to be Wraps as per description. Probably they were saving money with lettuce too. 4. Chicken Fried rice. Rice was so soft — unfit to make a fried rice and I believe it was not fresh rice. COLD no fragrance . 5. Sweet and Sour chicken. Some pieces of chicken were not cooked thoroughly. Had to keep them side. Who would eat some crap like that — That too poultry. Did not want to create a scene there. Had to just move my plate aside in front of the guests I had. Very unhappy. PF chang has really lost interest and not like before. My regular Chinese take out is way way better than this upscale crap. If I could rate to no star — probably it will be the best rating.

I don’t always go P.F. Chang’s, but when I do, I flaunt it! Not too often am I a fan of the chain restaurants but there is something about P.F. Chang’s that I find myself walking in their more often than I thought I would. With a more intimate atmosphere than other chains and a different menu option from most, I think they set themselves just far enough apart that I don’t feel like it’s a frequent option chosen out of sheer necessity of being nearby or simply open. Certainly their menu options set them apart with a great appetizer menu which boasts the Chicken Lettuce Wraps that I’ve learned to both love and admire for their lack of carbs that I have to hassle through. Plus their Spare Ribs always seem to find a place on my table for some reason, though I honestly don’t know who orders them ;) Don’t miss out on their Mongolian Beef option either. One of my frequent orders if I’m looking toward a beef but if I’m going a little lighter on my meats, their stir-fried Chicken Almond hits the spot without hesitation. Staff service can be mixed sometimes, but for the most part I have never come across any major issues and they often remedy any situations that have arisen in my times attending for lunch or dinner.

Food was not that great idk why. The food is so much better at other PF Chang locations. Took 45 mins for the food to come. The waiter, don’t know where to start… literally forgot everything. straws, drinks, utensils, plates etc. I had to keep reminding him. The appetizer came before the drinks. And then maybe I thought with the check I’d get fortune cookies and a check book. But he came back with my change folded up in his hand and said here u go.lol. Really ridiculous. Guys!!! Go to the PF changs location in nanuet shopping center.

Went here for lunch last week to support the breast cancer taco promotion. There were about three other tables having lunch. That should have been my first clue. Our waiter was friendly. After ordering appetizers for the table our waiter brought us dishes that were dirty and when we pointed it out he brought us new plates that were also dirty. Ordered sushi rolls, tacos and Mongolian beef. One person’s sushi roll did not come out until after everyone else had finished eating. Although The waiter was apologetic about the wait, food was mediocre at best, dirty dishes and that everyone wasn’t served at the same time is unacceptable ! PF Changs get it together!

Came here yesterday 10⁄18 and over heard an Asian male manager being extremely condescending to the bar staff, talk about unprofessional. The bartenders were awesome and friendly, you didn’t feel pressured at all it was a calming environment until that one particular manager came up to the bar and made it awkward everyone was commenting how rude he was.

Decent place for lunch, but frankly if it is Chinese Food you crave there are far better places to get it, at lower prices. The service was good, and the space is comfortable and pleasant. No screaming reason to go back, and no one I know ever suggests going there.

Avoid this place… the food is not fresh. At least on a Tuesday. We got quite ill after eating here. All vegetarian entreea-lettice wraps, asparagus, spicy string beans, sauteed eggplant, waldorf salad… next day was not happy.

I got the ahi tuna salad and a small order of steamed shrimp dumplings. The salad was very good and really worth the $ 13.00, the dumplings on the other hand were nothing to shout about. Overall it was pretty good.

I’ve been here before for both dinner and their happy hour and they do have good drinks and appetizer specials and those are always good but today I was just left very disappointed. It wasn’t at all as I remembered. I came for lunch and I ordered the kung pao lunch special with fried rice and it was just terrible. It was so salty and left me so thirsty and dehydrated. If you’re on a salt restricted diet. do not come here, i repeat do not come here! Overall, such a mediocre experience, i’ll stick to my chinese food takeout down the street!

What the heck happened to this chain? I had my first P.F. Chang’s meal in 2004 in Boston on a business trip, and I loved it: fresh ingredients, a nice mix of spices, friendly servers who mixed condiments at your table based on your preferences, lively crowd, etc. Since that time, it’s been a slow-moving train wreck where service, cleanliness, and the quality of the food have declined significantly. The last time for me(and I mean the last time) was at the Hackensack location and it was positively awful: — Trash strewn floors and a dirty table — The Kung Pao shimp was extremely salty and the shrimp was not fresh — The server, although a nice person, had no enthusiasm for the job and it seemed like she was counting the minutes until her break or the end of her shift I suppose as long as they continue to pack the bodies into this particular location, management has no incentive to change. They have lost me forever as a customer and here is some parting advice for the brain trust/bean counters at PF Chang’s: not giving a f*ck about anything other than the bottom line in the restaurant business is the kiss of death.

The only reason to eat here is if there are no other options. The service is average, the food is just ‘ok’ and the atmosphere is, meh. We celebrated a birthday here and tho we enjoyed each other’s company, it could have been so much better with adequate food & service.

It’s been years since I’ve eaten here but so glad that I stopped by. After circling a few times searching for parking we realized there was a parking deck behind the restaurant that had easy access to restaurant row. Once inside we sat in the bar area where the ambiance was cozy and intimate, dinner started by ordering a glass of wine and a craft beer. The waiter was extremely friendly and very attentive with some great suggestions for dinner & dessert. So we decided to go with the prix fixe dinner two for $ 40.00, which was a great deal. It included two cups of soup, an appetizer, two entrees and a dessert. The four courses started with a wonton and egg drop soup followed by chicken lettuce wraps, which I definitely recommend. Entrees were Mongolian Beef and a Spicy Chicken dish with a side of brown rice, both dishes were good and the portions were generous. you will have leftovers. The only negative was that I found the Mongolian Beef dish a bit salty, I’m thinking it was the sauce. Now for the best part of the meal, the dessert, banana spring rolls with coconut pineapple ice cream. It was finger licking good and worth the up charge, I would go back just to have dessert. Friendly waiter, nice place, fair prices, and generous portions; you really can’t ask for more.

Overpriced and totally gross. They had Shanghai Cucumbers here that were inedible. They took them off the bill but still I could not believe they made them like that. They were nothing like the ones I had at another PF Changs– they were almost exclusively cucumber skin. So gross. I am gluten free and they were pretty lackadaisical about keeping that completely under control. Also, I had iced tea and I asked for sugar 9 times and it never came. I will not be returning. Our server was nice but the food, service, and attention to my allergy take this place off of my list forever.
