I typically buy my loose tea at Teavana, but something about this location(the staff perhaps?) makes this store special. If you don’t know about tea? Stop in here and learn. They are HAPPY to share their knowledge about it. If you want a cup of tea? Stop in here and they’ll brew you up something delicious that you didn’t even know you would enjoy. These people LISTEN to your tastes, and don’t push– yet it’s easy to get carried away with the abundant varieties to bring home. So, while I’m in the area, this is my Teavana store of choice and it is so much more accessible than the other Teavana locations in the general area given the civility of the shopping mall in which it is located. Yes– that means you can find parking.

Oh how I love this place. I’m here usually two or three times a day when I’m at work because they’re so friendly and they make awesome tea. Everyone who works there knows me by name and they’re so sweet whenever I come in. I continually go back not only because of the delicious tea but the awesome customer service. :) I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I love this place. So much fun trying new flavors every time. My husband and I keep coming back. Every time we purchase new flavors. We are like kids in a candy store. The service is great. Sales rep are very knowledgeable. Be ware, prices easily add up without you realizing the cost of things. Sales rep also try to add side things like pots and cups to your purchase. Walking into this store is a great experience with aroma that you can take home with you. Can’t wait to try the three new flavors we picked out tonight.

I am obsessed with Teavana! I have always peered enviously into Teavana’s windows at various locations and was lucky enough to have received one of their cast iron teapots for Christmas. I went in after Christmas to buy tea and was overjoyed to have wandered into their annual SUPER Sale! There were several teas that were offered at 75% off, as well as tea accessories. I scored matching cast iron tea cups at half off, a travel tea set at 75% off, tea tray, iced tea decanter and various different teas. Good thing because even at these savings, I dropped over $ 200. Teavana is definitely on the pricey side but I think it is well worth it. I’m switching from coffee to tea as I think there are more health benefits to tea. Teavana is making my New Year’s Resolution easier to follow. I have been to Teavana in Short Hills and Willowbrook as well. This one is a little smaller but I think the staff is very friendly and less aggressive than their counterparts. It’s tucked up on the second floor next to the Bloomingdale’s entrance.
