I ordered a pack of envelopes for ship-to-store. I got an email saying they were delivered, so I went to pick them up. When I got there, not only could they not find my order, but they claimed that the person responsible wouldn’t be in for two more days, and to check back then. Two days later, I called the store and waited for over ten minutes for someone to actually come to the phone. When they did, I was told that they were going to look for my order«right now» and they would call me back. They never did. This store has horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I ordered two bookcases online; and got free ship-to-store… when I called to make sure my order was ready; one of the managers could not even find my order… the next day; the other mgr, that signed for the order from UPS said that he understood why the first mgr. could not locate the order; because it was shipped with no PO on it. and never had the courtesy to apologize for the delay; seemingly more concerned about making excuses than to rectify the already unprofessional situation… My recommendation: save yourself ALOT of heartache; and just pay the $$ to have it shipped to your home personally, this is not the way good ‘ol customer service s/b; to me !
