I’ve been coming here for 5 or so years, and the service is always excellent. I was there this past Saturday, and even though it was busy, I had a very minimal wait. Not only that, but the employees are always pleasant. They always do a quality job in a timely manner. I love that they take walk-​ins, and that you are now able to check-​in online. Makes getting a haircut/​color easy for this busy girl.

Terrible!!! First time there today because my daughter needed a quick hair cut. I looked on line and they had no wait. So we quickly drove there and was told we needed an appointment. The person didn’t even ask if I wanted one. What kind of service is that? There are plenty of other places to get a hair cut so I will take my money somewhere else. Don’t believe the website as it is not even accurate. After I was basically told to go away I looked on the website again and it said there was a 5 minute wait!

This was the first time I was going to use Supercuts. Went in they have a sign in computer. Signed in and sat down. Within 15 minutes I was called. I was very pleased with my hair cut. I will return to super cuts in Hackettstown.

This is my fifth or sixth time coming to this location. I have had other stylists craft their skills upon my locks, but none of them as memorial as my most recent stylist today, Ms. Melissa.
Several attributes make her a good choice for your stylist. From her expertise in delivering a great messaging hair /​scalp wash to her attentiveness is learning how «you prefer» your hair to be styled to her willingness to engage in a good conversation while never loosing track of why you are there.
From my unwieldy hair bush that I started with to the expertly trimmed bread I walked away with, Ms. Melissa is an awesome choice for your next hair style.

Whenever I’m in need of a haircut, I try to get to the Hackettstown Supercuts. I never ever get anything but an awesome amazing cut from friendly, knowledgeable stylists.
Lyndsey has done my hair lately and she does a fantastic job! Though the others also do a great job. Every time.
Also, I made my appointment online about an hour before I got there. This saves time because it can be very busy.

The stylists that I have had here are all very good; I have never had a bad haircut. And my daughter (who is VERY picky) loves this place and always requests the same stylist. For $ 16, you can’t beat it!
