Cute little shop with quality merch from brands women will likely recognize. That plus the always pleasant staff always makes for a positive shopping experience. This is definitely one of my favorite places to pop into when I’m in downtown Haddonfield.

While out and about in Haddonfield I popped into Serendipity to look for a certain product. I walked into an empty store and started looking around. I soon realized there was a man working in the store sitting back at the cash wrap staring at me. I smiled at him and went about my looking. Not once did this guy ask if I needed assistance, offer any kind of information on current promotions, nothing! I walked right by the register and he put his nose in a book and acted like he couldn’t even see me. It was really creepy! I didn’t find what i needed but I’m glad bc after the lack of customer service i won’t be buying anything from this business.

This is a nice store located one of the main shopping/​eating districts in Haddonfield. When you come into the store, you can tell that the owner spent/​spends a bit of time to display her wares. In fact, a lady walked in while I was looking at things and complimented the store owner on her display technique.
The store owner was very helpful in trying to decide on a present for my g/​f. She even suggested holding off on buying some things until the new line had come into her store. The prices were also pretty reasonable when compared to what I’d seen on the internet.
I’d come back and I probably will come back for a birthday gift in the near future.
My only gripe is that the hours during the week are really limited (10am-​5pm Mon-​Fri). So if you are a working stiff you will probably have to wait to visit the shop until the weekend or until you have a day off during the week.

This place is so adorable, like many of the shops nearby. The owner was a real sweetheart. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She was training a new employee while I shopped and she was so helpful to the newbie too! I was looking for something very specific and they didn’t have it in store, so she took my info and promised to call when it came in. I did pick up a few things and the owner even gave me a free little Vera item! I went here mainly for a full Vera Bradley selection without having to drive out to The King of Prussia Mall. Serendipity will have my business for all my Very needs! I was very impressed and happy!

Great Vera Bradley selection and wonderful place to buy special gifts! The staff is also very knowledgeable about the Vera Bradley line, which is always discontinuing things and releasing new things. That said, there is usually only one person working there and there have been times where I have called the store to ask questions the person I spoke with practically hung up on me because she was too busy.
