After spending over $ 500 on different clothes this spring I had one pair of short which the «Manager on Duty» would not exchange for the same in a different size. They only offer to fix the situation was to credit me $ 0.97 and charge me $ 25.00 for the new pair. Staff blamed the computers, and were very rude!

East Falmouth, MA

Stopped in at Old Navy today to pick up a few outfits and was excited to see that the whole store is 30% off. The merchandise is well organized, and the staff is always polite.
It’s also great that they recently remodeled the place and now the flow is more natural. The clearance sections have a ton of clothing, and unlike the store in Holyoke, the clothes are properly marked and sorted.
