We waited about 20 min for our food… and now waited 50 minutes for our bill because they got so super confused… ANDITSSTILLNOTRIGHT!!! The service has gone down hill so much since they redid this and got new waitresses. If you dont want to sit down for a 3 hour dinner/ordeal… find another restaurant!!!

There is really nothing that you get from here that is bad. It’s the place to be on game day or on a Thursday after work. Friendly staff, good prices and tons of tv’s. One of my favorite things to get is the chicken wrap with tortilla chips. AWESOME!

Good service, but lousy food & drink! Skimping on ingredients in entrees(almost no chili & cheese on nachos) & over cooked wings. Chicken had absolutely no flavor except the sauce added. Watered down drinks, screaming baby in BAR… What a lousy restaurant!

The prices… The PRICES!!! Being that chicken is the cheapest type of meat that you can buy BWW’s prices are outrageous. Just for myself, 10 wings, slaw, and fries, it cost me $ 26 before tip. One of my sides was forgotten twice, and the person that I ate with didn’t get ice for his«iced tea». Can’t have iced tea without ICE! I’ll stick with Hard Times Café and the local privately owned watering holes for cheaper, better tasting wings.

Food was awesome but the manager conducted an inteview right beside us in an empty place. Kind of unprofessional, made our experience less than appealing. But our waitress was very nice.

I am in Hagerstown for business and staying at the Home Suite Inn and decided to go to BWW last night for dinner. Worst service I have had at any BWW. I ordered a small lemon pepper wings and potato wedges to go. Well I didn’t get my food for almost 40 minutes(and it wasn’t packed inside) and when I got it every thing was cold so I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get my order. When I got back to my room and was able to finally eat I found the wings to be less than appetizing I only ate 3. Total waste of my money. The potato wedges were good though. Oh and the manager only came by and half way apologized about the matter. Needless to say I won’t be going to back.

A decent spot to fall back on if you can’t make up your mind about any place else. I have been to this particular restaurant about a dozen times. The wings are okay. My favorite is the Jammin’ Jalepeno. The rest of the menu is sub par chain food. My he beer selection is okay but nothing unique or local. The atmosphere is very loud and the split box screens are annoying to watch at the bar.

Just awful! Passing thru, we felt it would be a safe choice. Having never been to a BWW, I am sorry I broke my streak. Crudités platter had old vegetables – brown shriveled carrots, listless celery, peppers, cakes. And the promised tzatziki was in fact commercial ranch dressing. Burgers are overdone – menu notes they will be cooked medium-well. Must be afraid that their beef is not safe otherwise. Fries were at least hot, if not flavorful. «Great craft beer selection» is ok if you still think Sam Adams and Blue Moon are representative of the thriving craft beer industry. Never before, and never again.

I’d never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings so when our family found ourselves in Hagerstown and staying right next door, we had to stroll over for dinner. Big mistake — we tried hard to find a redeeming quality, but there just wasn’t one. Poor service, terrible wings(don’t think I’ve ever tried any that were as horrid as these — the boneless wings are total crap) and general unpleasant atmosphere. So here’s the deal — if you find yourself stuck in Hagerstown and crave the corporate feel of a chain restaurant, do yourself a favor and go to the Outback. If it’s late and the Outback is closed(this was the case when we were there) pass on dinner and wait for breakfast. Trust me, you’ll thank me for saving your money!

This place is horrible. My red peppers were soggy and slimey, the kids’ chicken tenders were cold, and the wings are far from flavorful. I will NEVER go back here again!

Not a bad b dubs… went at an off time for late lunch early dinner(230). Place was empty and iwas seated promptly. Sat in the bar area at a high table. The bartender was my server and ahe did a fantastic job! Ordered my usual… mago habenero boneless wings with 2 blue cheese and celery and pretzels with 2 quesos and since it was early yet an iced tea. I never once had to ask or wait for a refill and the food was as expected. Looks like a newer bdubs. I will assume they will be sucessful if the service and quality stays up to standards

This place has become something of a tradition for a post-skiing trip. On our way back from one of the sister mountains(whitetail, liberty, snowshoe) we stop by this spot every time and it’s always a great time. The wings are fabulous. I usually get medium wings(15ct) and get 3 flavors(wild, honey BBQ, and a mystery flavor cuz I’m mysterious). B Dubz lets you choose a flavor for every 5 wings which is great because diversity. Also there is a sauce for every 5 wings which is great because I lol sauce. The beer on tap is plentiful. What I like most about this specific B Dub is the staff. They’re always attentive and after the third time, they remember you and(if you tip well — 20% at least, y’all) they’ll slip in a few extra wings or give you a free drink. The only downfall is the quality of wings. There have been a few occasions when the sauce on the wings has been dry and I could tell those wings were not fresh from the sauce pan but were sitting under a heat lamp. Although it doesn’t affect the flavor it definitely doesn’t look as appetizing. This happened once but it left a lasting impression so I have to take a star off. However, the great staff, atmosphere, and my religious visit after shredding the mountain for hours won’t stop me from coming to this spot again and again.

I love BWW. I always have a good time. Their chili cheese dip is awesome!!! I love all the wing sauces to choose from. They have Mike’s Hard Lemonade which is sometimes just what I want with my wings. Sometimes I want something better. :-) The service at this location is great every time we go. It is always a fun date with the hubby when we go here.

We went there on Thursday Nov. 7Th to watch NFL game. It was freezing cold, many diners bundled up while eating. Tge hamburger I got was horrible. No flavor, just a slice of processed half-cooked chesse semi melted on top. Had I not been a DD, I wouldve left within 10 min of getting there. The only highlighwas the waiters. Hussan was excellent. I learned he will be leaving on Nov. 18 for USMC boot camp. So good luck to him! Taylor B. Was friendly, attentive and right on point. However due to everything else, I will not go back again.

We stopped here for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated as soon as we walked in but getting service was another story. We sat at our table for over 10 minutes(at 15 we were going to leave) with a 3 year old while wait staff walked by us but did not acknowledge us; the place was not busy at all. We finally got someone to take our drink order but she made it very clear that she was not our waitress. We ordered drinks and I presented my valid WV drivers license where the waitress told me that a manager had to approve my ID before I could be served so that caused us to wait even longer. We got our drinks and ordered our food with out a problem and our food was brought out in a timely manner. We could not get a refill for us or our son to save our lives though. The wait staff here was not very interested in waiting on our table. I love BWW but we will not be back to this one.

I was going to BW3s in the midwest over 20 years ago. They were amazing. The W3 stood for wild wings and weck(a German style roll). You could get good wings, good beef on weck(or chicken) and beer for a great price in a cool atmosphere(each one was different) and play a little trivia. They were great places to eat, drink, talk, listen to music, and hang out. Many felt like neighborhood bars(in the best possible sense). Fast forward to 2013. I was so excited to hear BW3 was coming to central PA. I had missed it for many years. What a pisser of an experience. The music was so loud our ears literally rang when we left. We couldn’t talk at all. Even people cheering for the games were drowned out. Our waitress couldn’t hear us even when we yelled. She apologized for the loudness, but it never changed. The huge space left absolutely no chance for the fun environment I experienced in many a BW3 in the midwest. The food was horrible. Seriously horrible. My kids and I tried the wings with three difference sauces. The wing skin was flacid and rubbery. The sauces were terrible. The lemon pepper wing seasoning reminded me of lemon scented cleanser. The honey bbq was clunky and the Caribbean Jerk was worse than unforgettable. And, while I talking about food, where the hell is the beef on weck? One other thing, the wings appeared to have been on a diet. They were scrawny. I couldn’t believe I just paid about a dollar a piece for 1.5 bites of food. Service was sketchy. It took a long time to get food. It was $ 2.49 for a small soda. For $ 1.00 I could have gone to McDonald’s down the street. In fact, I could have gotten a similar meal at McDonald’s for a price much more in line with the value and flavor. In fact, I’d say Chicken Selects, Fries, and a soda at McD’s would have been better. Add this to the«never to return again» list.

I came here(BWW) for the first time last night and I was impressed. I ordered the Grilled Chicken wrap with Thai Curry and if my mouth could have a boner, it would have! It was delicious! I won’t blame my hunger for my tastebuds being amazed but simply because, it was! Came in with a group of about 40, a short phone call 20min before arival sorted everything out. We got seated as soon as we walked and our food came out relativly quick for the group size that we had. Drinks kepted on coming and so did the food. They did a very nice job and man, that Thai Curry grilled chicken wrap was LOVE! Hope you guys enjoy BWW as much as we did!

This was the first BWW I ever visited a cool 4 years ago. I recently stopped in on our way down to Virginia. It’s beginning to show it’s age a bit — the décor is a little dated and it could use new carpeting. Our server was very friendly and pointed out the lunch specials, which was helpful. Our fried pickles were very good(I mean, they really always are). My grilled chicken wrap was a little heavy on the lettuce, but was well prepared. Wings are tasty and very fresh. It’s still a good spot in Hagerstown to catch any of the games.

Now, you would think that if a place has ‘Buffalo Wings’ in their name, that they would pride themselves on the quality of their wings… The wings should be the priority right? Nope. Not here, and not at any other BWW I’ve been… I’m not saying they are bad, but they are just ‘Meh’ It’s almost as if the buyers went to the chicken farmers and said ‘Bring me your scrawniest chickens!’ Then they proceed to fry them up and charge much more than their value… I have no complaints about the service or the cleanliness here, that’s always been fine. I think I’ve only been during the week. This is a good sports bar, with overpriced underwhelming food. I checked ahead to see if they had WiFi, because I needed to get some work done. Well, the WiFi works, but it wasn’t connected to the internet. I mentioned something to the waitress, but it fell on deaf ears…
