Pizza Hut

We ordered delivery from here last night for the first time. We have never been into the actual location. We just wanted pizza and we didn’t want Rocky’s or Dominoes so we decided to try out someplace different. Neither of us has had Pizza Hut pizza in a number of years. We tried to use the app to order online and everything was going swell until the end. I had created the account in my name but wanted to use my husbands credit card to pay … The app wouldn’t let that happen. So I called my order in — much faster and easier!!! The delivery took about 35 – 40 minutes which is what they told me. The delivery man was very friendly and informative. The pizza itself was actually pretty perfect. I really liked it! I think hubby was a little less impressed than me but he also gave it a thumbs up! My only complaint was that the girl who took my order did not tell me about specials. According to the delivery guy, I could have gotten two medium pizzas for less money. Overall, a good experience. We will order again (and ask about specials!)

The location was fine. I ordered online and got there when it said the pizza would be ready. It was indeed ready, it was hot, so I headed home to eat. Friendly service at the counter. No issues with the location at all.
The pizza… different story. I was really excited to try to new pizzas and waited until ¹¹⁄₁₉ to go on the first day they started serving them. The new toppings I had were great, I loved the pretzel crust, but I just did not like the pizza dough. Not sure how the crust was so good but the rest was awful. I may try another one of their new pizzas again in the future, but maybe there was a reason I hadn’t eaten at a Pizza Hut in years. This just wasn’t for me.

Awful. Just awful. I have ordered delivery from this place twice, and both times have been the same. The pizza was delivered almost an hour later than the time it was expected to be delivered. The pizzas were both barely cooked and looked as though they were carried vertically, so it was smooshed up against the side of the box. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else.
