I love this jewelry store, it is the only one I use. That being said, I wanted to get my mom a charm for her Pandora bracelet for Valentine’s day so I stopped in. The lady who waited on me needs a serious lesson in customer relations. She was very curt, unfriendly and rushed me like her time was more valuable than mine. I’m hoping this was a ‘off day’ for her but if not, I will find another Jeweler to do business with.
Her attitude was ridiculous.

Awesome experience.
After some very frustrating experiences at a couple of Montgomery County jewelry stores (and some Frederick «mall» jewelry stores), we finally found the store. This place has a great selection of engagement rings, and they were all beautiful. They were a bit more than most of the other stores ($ 600-​$ 700 range for a solitare setting), but their products appeared to be of a higher quality and better craftsmanship than ALL of the other stores we visited. I went from finding ONE setting that I felt I could «live with» at the other stores, to having about 4 that I had to pry myself away from at Carson’s! Plus, the saleswoman was so patient… and not the least bit pushy. She didn’t need to be; the products spoke for themselves. And by putting cubic zirconia stones in ALL of the settings, you can see what the finished product will look like. One of the most frustrating experiences of shopping for an engagement ring was having to look at settings with bare prongs sticking out. There is no way to tell what it will look like after having spent all of that money! This also was the only jewelry store that could answer our (pretty basic) questions without hesitation or checking with 3 other people.
Well worth the trip from Montgomery County. And, after deciding to purchase from here, I found out that they are one of the very few jewelry stores in Maryland that the American Gemological Society recommends. Now I feel even better about choosing them.
PS– My boyfriend will now be dealing with the purchase from here on out. If he has any issues, I will update. Otherwise, 5 stars it is!
