I just visited your hagerstown maryland outlet mall store. Worse store ever!!! Your employees did not know anything about your products. I asked a simple question and the one employee looked at me like I had 3 heads. I then asked the manager if the shoes with the memory foam would be a good shoe for someone on their feet all day and has planter fishitis? She blankly stared at me. I told her i am a nurse and am on my feet all day. I explained to her what planter fishitis was. She stared at my husband and I both like we were idiots. Like we were annoying her being in the your store. My husband asked what kind of shoes would she suggest to someone with this type of foot problem? My husband repeated our original question and she stared blankly at us. We left your store unsatisfied and without any shoes. We think your employees should have some knowledge of common foot problems. I understand they are not podiatrists. If you work in a shoe store you should know what type of shoe has better arch support and which doesnt. Which type of shoe is better for a. person with flat feet. Another issue we had was there was no one in your store walking around willing to help anyone find shoes. The store was very unorganized and cluttered. I will never buy a sketchers brand shoe.
