Coconut Cafe

After turning around at Garden of Eden because I didn’t want to pay the entrance fee, I stopped at Coconut Café for a drink. I got the smoothie of the day ($ 8) and it was pineapple, banana, coconut, and lime. It was DELICIOUS! They also have other drinks and some hot food. The guy working the food truck is super friendly too, even though I clearly looked like a tourist. And the best part, they even have WiFi!
Good vibes all around here.

The fish taco was BOMB. Fresh Mahi Mahi and the shell was awesome. We didn’t even go into the botanical gardens, just stopped for tacos with some friends, sat at a picnic table and chatted with the owners. Def have to try the sugar cane juice too !

Fish and beef tacos are great and friggin’ huge: $ 9 is a deal even if you were not miles from civilization. If you are wondering what the toasty coating on the taco shell is, you’ll have to ask Justin, that secret and the parents that told him about it… Now there’s a story!
The pure fresh pressed cane sugar lemonade slides down along with the taco making you feel miles away (which you are) and right at home. If you are going to Paia for the famous fish sandwich, drive further (after all you are on island time brah) and meet Justin at the Coconut Café.

Justin was «Incredible». The tacos are great! It is $ 9 but really one is a full meal. There are no signs just pull off at The Garden of Eden, just off the Hana Highway. He also will crack a coconut and supply it with a bamboo straw. What a great way to drink coconut water.

Man this place is amazing. The best customer service and the coolest atmosphere you have to try the sugar cane juice with tacos.

Amazing food. This fish taco is to die for, it is a little pricy at $ 9 a taco but definitely worth it.

Delicious food and great customer service.
We stopped here with our three young boys on our drive on the road to Hana. The couple running the food truck were extremely friendly and kept our boys entertained. He made bamboo whistles and taught the boys a fun handshake.
The tacos were amazing. They made quesadillas for the boys even though it wasn’t on the menu. And the ginger drink did not last long. I highly recommend stopping here.
