After a little bit of a wait for a table, we were greeted at a table by our friendly waitress Danielle. She wrote her name on the table so I remember it for sure. My wife and I both ordered a steak. While we waited, we enjoyed the delicious(included) endless salad. Her steak came out a little pink so Danielle assured her that she would fix it. Sure enough, it was fixed and we both thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. This was our first time there. The atmosphere was cool and displayed some local flavor. Was worth the wait outside. Danielle was a great and friendly waitress. She insisted on giving us some Key lime pie to go because of the slightly pink steak. Even though we didn’t make a big deal about the steak, she was very apologetic and nice. We will be back for sure.

Manny’s is the best chophouse in town. Incredible food, happy hour, prices, and atmosphere. It’s by far my favorite restaurant in Central Florida. The steaks are fantastic, the yeast rolls with cinnamon butter makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Bottomless salad served with you entrée. Can’t go wrong with anything here. Just be ready to wait, regardless of the day or time.

Good food, especially the salad that came with our dinners. Service was pretty good as I recall. This place gets very noisy, though. Not a place to go for an intimate dinner. Do yourself a favor and take advantage of the call ahead seating.

Love the appetizers! Love the ribs and the waiters are super nice! only thing I don’t like to much was the steak tried 2 different type of steaks but it isn’t the best steak I have tried and I have tasted better but it isn’t awful either just isn’t my cup of tea is all.

Love Manny’s always use call ahead seating to lessen the wait but always worth it. Never had bad service and the salad is awesome. Good prices and even better food!

I’ve been here several times. The rolls and salad were good. I wanted a well done steak, NO pink, but it just wasn’t meant to be tonight… after 2 tries. The ribbs were pretty fatty as well. Ok meal.

What a great place for a great meal! The décor is set along the Route 66 theme loaded with a plethora of vintage license plate, street and road sides! Place was very busy and food was served quickly! I was amazed at the size of the portions! I had coconut shrimp lightly fried yet crisp and succulent. Dipped with mango orange sauce. Served with a huge sweet potato filled with creamy cinnamon butter. Rolls were as big as my hand, warm, light and sweet with cinnamon butter! Served with a huge salad, when I say huge believe me it is! My hubby ordered filet mignonette perfectly char broiled and juicy, our friend had Sirloin tips with mushrooms. Our appetizer were these huge fried mushrooms. The shrooms were bigger than my hand and OHSOJUICY!!! Family oriented for young and old alike! Can’t wait to go back. Wish we had one back home!!!

First timer. Happy with casual atmosphere, great service and pricing. Super value happy hour options of 2 for 1 drinks and 12 or so 9.99 dinner offerings. Ribs, steaks, burgers, chops, combo plates… all with endless salads plus sides included. Hot wing appetizers were great. If you are not vegan, these guys have something you want that is delicious, value priced and available fast and friendly! Kids eat free Monday and tuesday…2 kids per adult. Had boneless chop and ribs… awesome. wife had prime rib special. .also great. We got there a bit before 5, fast seating… leaving…lines of folks trying to get in… worth the wait!

Perhaps was the time of the year, or just bad luck but my visit was a waist of my money. This almost $ 100 bill came with cold food, undercooked food(really bad undercook), and a service that took half an hour to tell us that one of the orders was undoable because they ran out. They were nice, but also full of excuses and that part it’s the worst. Tip to management: Train your servers to inform the late tables that your kitchen will close ahead of time. After waiting to be seated for 45 minutes and a hefty bill, this is the least you can train them to do for the customers. One more thing, seasonal employees! Hire them and stop being cheap so the customers who visit you guys to drop their money for the cold food you serve, at least get it fast and come back. I guess good things don’t last!

We waited 20 minutes for a table of 3 but the bar up front was welcoming, with décor to look at made the wait go by fast. We got to our table and were immediately welcomed by our amazing server George! Very personable guy, attentive and nice. Got our food, served with salad and bread that we were not expecting! The butter was to die for and the salad was just as amazing. I ordered the wings as an entrée since I can not eat beef but the other two in my party ordered NY strip with baked potato. Both were cooked to perfection! And neither added any sauce which is a huge compliment for this steakhouse. My only complaint is that the ladies restroom was dirty, but overall considering it was so packed was slightly understandable. Did I mention George was a great server? Wonderful service and food!!! New to the area and will certainly be back.

You would think a steakhouse would know the difference between well done and rare. Omg, I should’ve taken a picture of my steak before I sent it back. It was rare! I can’t and won’t eat a steak or any meat that’s not all the way done. It literally ruined my appetite to see how much blood that came from that steak. I’m pregnant and I damn near vomited on the plate. If you like for your beef to «moo» at you, I guess come here to eat. I couldn’t give it more than a 1 star rating. That one star is for the paper the cover the table with so you can draw to entertain you. Had to edit my review and give 4 stars. I’m doing this because the waiter we had was insistent on making our visit pleasant after receiving raw steak. The second time he brought the steaks out, they were well done. He even bought our dessert.

The stars is for service and food put back. Came here after hearing rave reviews from my boyfriend about the steaks! So I met up with a friend from Highschool that I have not seen for many years and she was in town from out of state for a conference here with her husband. I opted this restaurant due to many locals eat here and also my sweety raved it. They do not do reservations but they accept«call ins» however you want to put that lol. So I made a «call in» for a table. Got there 15 mins prior to the reserved time and was given a pager. The hostess stated wait would be additional 20 mins. My friend and her husband met up with me at the bar area. Within 15 mins the pager lit up. We were seated in a booth. This place is a local fave so therefore it was a packed house on a Saturday night, Very loud ambience and many diners! My friend and I felt we were the only minorities in the restaurant but were never treated as one. Her husband is american so I guess that helped a bit lol. Wait time for a server to serve was a bit of a wait. Many of the tables had very large parties of diners I guess thats what’s causing a bit of delay. Zack was our server he took a crayon and wrote his name on the disposable paper tablecloth and kindly asked for the drink orders. He had a great enthusiasm to him which matched the ambience of the restaurant. Drinks were ordered from margaritas to beer and sweet tea. I noted to my friend they are known for steaks and ribs here so that is what we opted for. Orders were placed; filet with coconut shrimp and garlic mashed — rib eye with mashed potato and sides of mushrooms and onions — Sirloin with half rack baby back with loaded white mac and cheese! The unlimited house salad … TDF!!! I cannot express how good this salad is! I would just go there for that salad itself!!! It was served in a huge metal bowl where the server will kindly ask if you want it tossed or just placed on the table and we toss it ourselves. We wanted the experience of tableside so we opted him to toss the salad plus he knows how to toss the dressing thoroughly! The house salad had a garlic ranch dressing that was delicious! This salad beats Olive Gardens version or any house salad I have tried and tasted! And for me to explain and elaborate on this salad speaks in volumes! The salad consists of lettuce, tomatoes, boiled eggs, cheese, croutons! Simple but soooo damn good! Simple ingredients but oh so yummy!!! In fact I kept going in the metal bowl having 2nd and 3rd servings of the salad! The yeast rolls were served delayed. Had to remindthe server he forgot the yeast rolls. Once they arrived .They were steaming HOT! We could not even hold them long because we felt we might burn our lips and fingers! Yikes!!! However they were delicious along it being served with Cinnamon Butter! These rolls are very similar to Logans or Texas Roadhouse version of the yeast rolls! Food from my party thought their food was great. However when my plate came I quickly sliced my sirloin. Well Done?! I ordered my meat to be Medium Well. So I quickly addressed it to the server and showed him the meat, And him and my friend agreed the meat was gray and was def well done. He kindly told the back to cook me another one and the wait for the new batch of my sirloin was in my table within 10 mins or so. This time it was cooked perfect! The seasonings on the steak(both the well done and med well) tasted good actually. The loaded mac and cheese was not gooey enough for me though. It was good but not memorable. The ribs were somewhat dry but eatable. By the time my 2nd batch of sirloin came by the table I lost appetite and was full from the salad and yeast rolls. The wait for the food was quite long perhaps due to it being a packed house. I will def go back and try the Prime Rib next time!

The 55rs pack this place every night of the week because the food is great and the prices are fair. Known for their steaks everything I’ve tried has exceeded expectations including of all things the salad prepared table side. The décor is enough to keep you entertained while you wait on your food. I’m a big fan of their French dip sandwiches

This place has been so hyped up by my mother, that I had to try it. It always seems packed. Happy hour means BOGO drinks, and the bar staff are on point, but it takes a long time to get in, service is slow, and my steak(ordered Medium) was definitely overdone(as Medium Well as possible without being Well). If you like garlic, you will like it. Everything is covered in it. Draft beer selection is restricted to the average American swill. It is very loud, so I would not recommend this for a business meal or one where any talking of importance would be held. Overall, I think the prices are not worth the food or the experience. I can do better at other steak places.

Wow what a great place! Lyndsey was our server and did a great job. Manny’s is busy and looks like it is all the time because there is tons of seating. Overflow parking lot was about half full but we still got sat right away with a party of 3. I ordered the 24oz Porterhouse, medium rare, and it was perfect! Tons of juice and a beautiful color of pinkish red in the center. It would be sinful to use steak sauce on this cut of meat! My wife got the 7oz Filet, medium. It was cooked perfect but was a little thin based off he normal Filet. She said it was delicious though and would get it again. I would come here weekly if I lived in the area! Highly recommended for sure! 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks Lyndsey and Manny’s!!!

There’s only one word to describe this place: CRAZY!!! Manny’s is only open during the evening and it gets very packed, very very quickly. Tip: Get there early(as soon as they open if you can) My group got there as soon as the place opened and quickly waited on. That’s pretty unheard of… The BOGO Happy Hour is pretty amazing and I’d definitely hit that up it I were you. My dinner consisted of the combo steak and chicken fajitas. The meat was juicy and tender and the veggies were fresh and cooked to perfection. It was good, however, the entire dish just missed good flavor. It tasted like nothing was seasoned at all. :-( I would only give Manny’s a three star because of the lack of flavor of my meal, however because of the great group I was with, the aesthetics and the ambiance of the restaurant, and the happy hour — a solid four stars.

This gem in Polk County Florida provides an experience that never disappoints! I cannot nail down exactly what I love about it. It may be the buy one get one happy hour. It may be the endless salad with the Mannys signature house sauce, or maybe it’s the delicious cinnamon butter and fresh rolls. All I know is anytime I go here it’s always a good time. The entrées have never disappointed me and neither has the service. Good times. Great atmosphere! Awesome food.

Follow Colleen’s recommendation to call ahead. This place was PACKED! They don’t take reservations, but calling ahead can shorten your wait time a little bit. A coworker told me about Manny’s, and I was super hesitant… I mean, a good place to get a steak in the middle of Polk County? REALLY? My boyfriend then confirmed that Manny’s is good for steaks, so I decided we should give it a try. Definitely worth while!!! Got there and ordered a cocktail at the bar(WHEW It was strong!) and still had to wait 30 minutes. The menu is protein packed(steaks, ribs, chicken, sea food, etc), and is the exact opposite of healthy. Even their salad comes pre-dressed, and likely had as many calories as my delicious garlic mashed potatoes. I honestly had one bite of the salad and just wasn’t feeling it. Our server was supposed to bring over their famous rolls, but that never happened. My steak was amazing! I got a sirloin with blue cheese on top, medium rare. It was perfectly tender, well seasoned, and overall just delicious. This place was quite fun, though our server left a little to be desired. I know he was busy, but he took his time getting around to our table, was stingy with refills, never brought over rolls, and was very sales-y(appetizers, drinks, desserts, etc). Don’t expect a quiet meal. This place is LOUD, both noise wise and decoration wise. Walls were covered in license plates, beer signs, etc. The food was worthy of 4 stars, the server was worthy of 2. Averaging this out, you get 3! I’ll probably be back… hopefully with a better server!
