Patti Q. has been taking care of dozens of unwanted dogs and cats for years now in Central Florida. She runs this incredible shelter as a non-profit, and she works so hard to take care of her little wards and raise money and make it all happen. I hope people will donate or volunteer or adopt whatever rescues they can from Tails from the Heart — the YouTube video just broke my heart!
