Wendy’s

Most fast food places have issues when they first open up. This place is still having them. I stopped coming for a few months, but they are still screwed up. My question is, where is the owner and why have they not fixed this place. I got a number of burger place to choose from in this town, so this is the last time I am coming here.

Normally I am a fan of Wendy’s, however this new Wendy’s has some serious kinks to work out.
We visited the drive thru of this location. There was only one car in front of us, so we were hoping for the process to move along quickly. Both my daughters ordered nuggets, one as part of a kid’s meal and the other ordered them individually. Unfortunately they were not ready when we paid, so we were told to pull up and someone would bring them right out. We waited in the car for almost 10 minutes, then my husband went in, where it took another 5 minutes. The driver thru employee had told another worker to bring the nuggets out as soon as they were ready, however that employee forgot. We also learned that this location does not have fruit for the kid’s meal, even though the drive thru menu states apple slices are available.
The food, although not as hot as we would like, still had the good flavor you would expect from Wendy’s. I hope that as time goes on this new location can bring their customer service levels up to par.
